Kristin and her team at RMWE helped make sure our special day was memorable and stress-free, and we couldn't have asked for a better coordinator! Leading up to the day, Kristin was very responsive via email or zoom call for any and all of my random questions and late night thoughts. She provided us with a clear time line for the day of, as well as a detailed list of vendors to make sure we were able to customize our day however we wanted. One of these vendors was Rocky Mountain Photo Co., and choosing them as our photo/video duo turned out to be one of the best choices we made regarding our wedding. The entire team was more than enthusiastic about the fact that myself and my (now) husband, two people they had met maybe one time prior our big day, were getting married. Their uplifting and positive spirits really helped ease any stress I had on the day. Like when I say I felt little-to-no stress, I really mean it! To top it all off, Kristin, Lindsay, and Matt (videographer) did a sunset hike with my partner and I after our ceremony, and it was the highlight for both my husband and I (aside from the fact we got married, obviously). We both could not recommend them highly enough. They made us feel like family, and at the end of the day, they delivered an amazing product in terms of the photo, video, and the overall wedding day. Words can't express how thankful we are of Kristin and her team!

Having a wedding coordinator was hands down the best decision we could have made to make our wedding a success. The investment of having someone else worry about the details means you and your loved ones can relax and enjoy your special day even more. Kristin and her team setup the event beautifully, communicated with our vendors and guests, supported the wedding party, ran the music and somehow did so while being both invisible, yet also available. Their professionalism is outstanding and our only regret is not investing in a large package for RMW to coordinate more aspects of our wedding!

We reached out to RMWE in January 2021 for our April 2021 elopement after our elopement plans changed for a second time due to COVID. Kristin was extremely prompt in responding and jumping on board to help us out. Kristin was very prepared with vendor information and everything was so easy! She handled all the small details so we did not have to worry about them. She handled COVID restriction changes and day of ceremony changes with ease for us. Our day was better than we could have ever hoped for and we owe that to Kristin & Lindsay! We could not recommend RMWE more to any couples who want to marry in the beauty of the Rockies! Working with Kristin and the team at Rocky Mountain Elopements on our helicopter elopement was an absolute dream. Kristin was so kind and warm and really took the time to get to know us to make sure the day was everything we were looking for. Kristin was so responsive and helpful in navigating the ever changing COVID restrictions and helping us make sure our big day could move forward. Kristen and her team at Rocky Mountain Elopements are the absolute best! Even though my husband and I had to cancel our more traditional wedding due to Covid-19, our small elopement turned out to be everything we wanted and more. Kristen, Lindsay, Matt, Levi, Sam and Jenna and the team at Rockies Heli, made our day incredibly special. Kristen is extremely organized and responsive, making the big day flow so seamlessly and stress-free. She is very detailed oriented, and she thought of every little thing to make our day amazing. I don't think we could have done it without her guidance and support. Lindsay and Matt from Rocky Mountain Photography were so fun to work with. Lindsay was very good at giving instructions and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera - even allowing us to come up with our own silly ideas! Kristin with Rocky Mountain Weddings is absolutely phenomenal! When I first reached out to her we were planning a wedding within the next couple years, my now husband & I quickly decided why wait & Kristin was great at making it happen within a couple months! She provided so many options for outdoor venues & the vendors needed for the day of. She was always prompt to answer my questions and emails. I had zero stress as she took care of absolutely everything. Fast forward to the weekend of, she was so accommodating of the last minute changes, helped me with absolutely everything the day of, even walking my dogs down to the site! She is the person you want but never knew you needed on your big day. I 100% would recommend RMWE to anyone & everyone getting married in the mountains.

I can’t say enough good things about Kristen & Lindsay. Our wedding plans weren’t gonna happen because of COVID so we decided to elope. I reached out to Rocky Mountain Weddings & Events and after talking, we knew they were perfect for us! Our pictures are amazing ( every single one), they planned everything and we just showed up! It was amazing ! They even went above and beyond after discovering I wasn’t happy with my bouquet ( I should of stuck with their flower suggestion ) and took care of the bill! My husband and I got married this summer and having Lindsey, Matt and Kristin part of our day was the best investment we made for our intimate wedding. Kristin was a huge help leading up to the wedding and we didn't have to worry about a thing the day of. Matt and Lindsey we clicked with right away, and did an engagement shoot as well. We let them take care of photo locations for our wedding as they know the Banff/Canmore area better than we do we had total peace and confidence letting them do their thing on our special day. Rocky Mountain Weddings and Events was an absolutely dream to work with. We used them as our month of coordinators for our wedding in September. Even though we booked "month of coordinators", we got a year + of help, support and ideas from them. From our first encounters until after the wedding day, they helped everything be seamless and perfect. Kristin was so responsive and full of wonderful ideas. We used her as a resource on so many of the wedding planning stages and she consistently provided us with great advice and support.
