I cannot say enough good things about Monica. She did the month-of coordination for our wedding, and without her, I'm pretty sure I would have gone completely insane. I'm mostly aware of what she did before the day - confirming vendors, coordinating who would go where when, setting up our timeline (invaluable!!!) - but I honestly couldn't tell you everything she did on the day. That's because I was just wandering blissfully around while she handled everything behind the scenes. As far as I knew, everything was just magically perfect. I'm so grateful to Monica for her calm, kind guiding hand through our day.

I'm a pretty organized person so jared and I weren't 100% sure that having a week-of wedding coordinator would be worth our money, but we decided to go with Monica to alleviate some of the stress on our family and bridal party on our wedding day so they could enjoy it without having to run around and help with last minute things. As the week before our wedding came, Monica became invaluable- keeping us on track, getting the itinerary made and changed countless times, and coordinating with all of the vendors. She drive around the city to do various pick-ups and drop-offs for us which I don't know what I would have done without, as I was busy with last minute things myself! On the day of, Monica took care of everything and the day went seamlessly- literally not a thing was out of place or went wrong. We are so so grateful that we made the decision to work with Monica because I think she was truly one of the most important parts in making our day flawless and as enjoyable for everyone as it was! Even the one little hiccup we had in terms of getting the string lights hung up at our venue – Monica just dealt with it right away and before we even knew there was a problem she had a plan to fix it! I appreciated the attention to budget and invoices were provided immediately for payment. Monica provides several options at various price points and actively looks to see if she can get you a better deal. I would highly recommend Monica as a wedding planner for any size wedding. We had several complex components including a helicopter and three days of catered events that Monica pulled off seamlessly.
