My husband and I are so glad that we hired Olivia to do our ceremony coordination earlier this month (as we had to host our own ceremony). Olivia is simply the best! Not only were her costs reasonable but she also knows her stuff. We put our trust in her to make our ceremony space beautiful with our decor & rented decor and she delivered. She assisted with set up and tear down of ceremony site and waited for all rented items were picked up after the ceremony. We had also rented a bubble machine to get a ton of bubbles going at recessional, turns out the machine didn't work as it had a leak in it. Olivia took some extra steps for us and even reached out to the rental company on our behalf and filed a complaint. The rental company looked at returned bubble machine and confirmed it was broken. We were able to get a full refund! ... Thank you so much Olivia for being apart of our big day and going above and beyond!

Hiring a wedding coordinator is the best investment you will make for your wedding day. Hiring Olivia makes that even more true. Our wedding day was pure, effortless magic, and we have Olivia to thank for that. Changing our 120 person event in Edmonton to a mountain elopement and picnic, we knew we still needed assistance. She worked so fast to identify vendors and secure rentals. She travelled from Edmonton to Lake Louise to do the entire set up and take down, including picking up items from our home, a rental company in Calgary, and our hotel day-of. She worked virtually with our photographer, who she'd never met, to find the perfect location. She greeted us with genuine happiness for our marriage, and stood by to execute every single detail. Then she packed everything up, making the long journey back to Edmonton with her family in tow. Olivia took all of the stress and contemplation of the planning completely off our plate. We know how incredibly qualified, dedicated and good she is at her work, so it was easy to hand it over completely and not have to worry or busy ourselves. We are now planning our reception for 2022, and are so happy and relieved to know we have Olivia to guide us through it all.

Olivia was amazing!! Without her there is no way my wedding could have happened! She was so accommodating throughout the changes we had to make due to the pandemic. She was incredibly creative when it came to our set up to ensure physical distancing that we actually liked it better than our original plan. We didn't have to lift a finger when it came to set up and tear down; Olivia really went the extra mile to ensure we could focus on enjoying our day. She answered all of our emails promptly and often times had answers to questions we hadn't even thought of. Olivia has so many connections when it comes to vendors that is was so easy to get what we wanted, even setting us up with choreographer for our first dance routine! She made our wedding so stress-free it was unbelievable. I can't rave enough about how smooth and easy she made my special day feel!

I have a piece of advise to all you brides (& grooms) ... HIRE OLIVIA! She is worth every.singe.penny. As soon as my husband and I met with her we felt an instant weight off our shoulders, knowing him nor I or our families would have to deal with any stressful hiccups during our Wedding Weekend. I simply cannot put into words how amazing she was throughout our entire Wedding Week; our Ceremony Rehearsal would have been complete chaos without her help. If something were to go horribly wrong you'd never know it as she takes everything in stride and doesn't get frazzled. We need to work with planners very frequently and Olivia is my #1 choice! There was not one area where she didn't attend to or assist as an example; my lashes were falling off, and she reapplied them. She made sure to plate some snacks for the bridal party so we had something to eat after ceremony. She ensured set up was good and ensured our son was safe when we ducked out for some photos. We hired Olivia in summer 2020 for day-of wedding coordination. We switched venues when we rescheduled due to COVID and we were looking for someone to help us get our ducks in a row on the day of the wedding as our new venue didn't offer any on-site event support. At the time we had no idea the incredible support Olivia would provide us over the next year. Olivia braved the COVID storm with us like an absolute rockstar. She truly is unflappable. She helped me arrange floor plan, after floor plan, after floor plan. She was so flexible when we changed our date...again. She set up video calls with us to review our questions, concerns, and the latest restrictions. She did all of this while she worked in the background with our venue to make sure every piece was in place to go forward if restrictions allowed. The May 2021 3 week lockdown forced us to change wedding plans once again and we decided to cancel our original wedding plans and elope in Jasper. We didn't end up using Olivia's services as a day of coordinator, but she didn't mind ONE BIT. In fact, she sent us champagne and chocolate on our wedding day. Olivia was truly so much more than a wedding planner. She was a friend (and therapist lol) when we needed her most. Olivia, we will never be able to express how much we appreciate the time you took with us. If you are looking for someone to plan your wedding the BEST thing you can do is phone Olivia. <3

Probably one of the best purchases for the wedding. Not only did she just sent up and take the decor perfectly, the day of coordination was amazing. If you are unsure if you need one, you need one. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her guidance and support throughout the whole process. We changed reception venues due to covid and Olivia was so helpful with finding a new space and reassuring us along the way. I hired Olivia as my wedding coordinator leading up to our wedding and it was BY FAR the smartest investment I made. She is kind, smart, funny and exceptionally resourceful (something I would come to value most). When I needed help with wedding details, coordinating the many changes or last minute additions I made, ensuring the entire day was coordinated, keeping everyone on track day of, and when a vendor let me down she was there for us. When I first began planning our wedding I wasn’t sure if I needed a coordinator because I am the coordinated and organized person who does that for everyone else. But I promise you, if you are that way too, you absolutely don’t want to be on your wedding day. She took such a huge amount of stress off my shoulders, and because of her, we was able to be fully present on the biggest day of our lives. I can’t thank her or recommend her enough. She asked a ton of questions before the wedding day so she knew exactly what was happening, helped me create a timeline for the day, ensured the ceremony was timed perfectly, and flawlessly changed things over from ceremony to reception. There were many extra things I feel she did that I did not expect of her whatsoever and it was really appreciated (she even had Ring Pops on hand to get the flower girl/ring bearer down the aisle). Olivia was everything you could possibly hope for in an event planner. She was extremely professional, knowledgable, and very easy to get along with. Olivia was at our rehearsal the night before and was instantly jumping in helping me with little things before I got to them, she has a sixth sense for what needs to be accomplished. She is also so easy going and approachable but willing to switch into "mom mode" when she needed to get people in order (she wrangled our rowdy groomsmen which is not an easy task). Overall, I could speak forever about how great Olivia was but what's most important is that you don't have a second thought about booking her.

It's too bad we can only rate Olivia’s services out of 5 stars, because we’d give her 10! After seeing how well she coordinated our close friends’ wedding a few years ago, it was a no-brainer that we needed her talent and skills to help with our big day too. Olivia was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and she was able to help the bride keep a level head with all of the Alberta summer Covid uncertainty. She got us in contact with a very last minute rental request and even came with us 15 days before our wedding to help scope out our eventual reception venue. While we originally booked her solely for Day-Of Coordination, we ended up also booking her set-up and tear-down services and BOY was it the best thing that we did. We gave Olivia our ideas for how we wanted our decor set up, and she blew us away with her awareness and attention to detail (it turned out more beautiful than we could have ever done ourselves). She handled all correspondence between our other vendors and made sure everyone was doing what they needed to do. It was also such a perfect day, and if anything went wrong - we didn’t know about it!
