I'm a wedding videographer and I can't recommend Moments by Madeleine enough. I have been a part of many weddings without planners or with inexperienced planners and plenty of things have gone wrong on the wedding day. Working with Madeleine and her team, however, has always been very pleasant as they not only make things easier for all the vendors involved but also keep the couple relaxed. They make sure that the couple can focus on enjoying their wedding day and spending time with their loved ones. These stress free moments between the couple and their guests improves the quality of my videos significantly. BOOK THIS PLANNER! SHE IS INCREDIBLE <3 I am so grateful that I chose such a caring, smart, and professional person with the best day of my life. I found Madeleine on instagram way before I got engaged. When I was engaged, I immediately sent her a DM and we met up for drinks shortly after. From first meeting Madeleine, I instantly felt how invested she was in understanding who my husband and I are and how to bring our wedding vision to life. She is so easy to trust. She is a true professional in every sense of the word. She had an answer to every anxious question I had and knew everything we needed before we even asked. She delivered on every single promise she made and exceeded all out expectations. The vendors she recommended were flawless and equally professional! On our actual wedding day, Madeleine and her assistant, Taylor, made sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone was relaxed and happy. Many of my guests told me after how impressed they were with Madeleine and Taylor. I know I was blown away! In terms of her design ability, we gave her an unconventional venue (an aviation museum in Calgary) and she was able to transform the venue into the most dreamy, romantic space possible. It was more beautiful than we could ever imagine - even better than the Pinterest posts we sent! I was in awe with the lengths she took to work within our design budget and stretch it to its absolute max. She tirelessly made sure we got the best deal on our flowers and rentals. On the day, I didn't know exactly how it would look, but when I saw our ceremony space and the reception space later... it honestly felt like she reached into my brain. I was in awe - I felt myself and my husband reflected perfectly. In short, I am SO grateful for Madeleine. Everyone around me was always so surprised that I wasn't stressed about wedding planning. The whole time I reminded them that I had the best person on my team. My family and I were able to simply enjoy wedding planning, without worrying about anything. The value of those fun memories without any stress is obviously priceless and I can never thank her enough. Thanks again, Madeleine! We are forever grateful for you <3

Madeleine was so unbelievably helpful for my wedding day! She was so great at coordinating vendors, and ensuring the day went as smoothly as possible. She's a sweetheart who loves wedding details, but loves true love even more. We had so many incredible vendors for our wedding, but Madeleine was the best money we spent. Having someone there on my wedding day I knew I could count on - and who really knows what they're doing - gave me so much peace of mind. It's very obvious she loves what she does, and truly cares for every couple and vendor she meets and works with. Madeleine and her team are absolutely amazing! We had gone back and forth about hiring a planner as many previous couples had told us they wished they had hired a planner or at least a day of coordinator. Eventually Noel be came overwhelmed with all the questions and choices I gave him that he gave me the go ahead to hire one. After looking up a few planners, we found Madeleine to be our best match and are so glad we found her. We hired Madeleine for design and coordination. With only a few meetings and a inspiration posts, she absolutely captured our wishes and made our dream wedding a reality. Her design was beautifully extravagant and tasteful and we received many compliments. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was very stressful, and Madeleine somehow took on a role as a planner and therapist during a couple panic sessions.... On the wedding day itself, everything ran smoothly. She made sure to keep our program on track (even politely ensuring rowdy wedding party members were where they needed to be). Noel and I were able to completely enjoy our day and are so happy that she was there for us. Bonus points: for rescuing the groom for possible hypothermia and my choos from being completely destroyed by the unexpected snow...

We heard about Moments by Madeleine through a photographer we found on Instagram, my partner and I were eloping to Canada from the UK and were offered a package including florals, photography, cake and coordination for a very reasonable price so we decided to go ahead. Madeleine was very helpful from the start, she explained how best to make our money go further, whilst also listening to everything we wanted from our big day. Leading up to the big event, Madeleine communicated with us by email, Instagram, WhatsApp, whatever was convenient and was always really professional but very friendly and reassuring, she always listened to what we wanted and always honoured that. Whenever there were times we couldn't make the decision on something ourselves, Madeleine would help us come to our own decision without making us feel like we had to go with whatever she thought best. She was always so relaxed and accomodating. Madeleine was so professional and so efficient, that it was hard to believe that she was also planning and coordinating other couples weddings throughout the run up to our wedding, she was so attentive and would always respond really quickly. This level of professionalism carried on through to our wedding day, moments before my partner and I were due to marry, my partner's button popped on his green velvet suit jacket, no problem! Madeleine had green thread and sewn it up moments before the ceremony! Our wedding wouldn't have been what it was if we had not connected with Madeleine, she far exceeded our expectations and coordinated the dreamiest wedding, at times it felt like we were in a someone's wedding Pinterest board, yet it reflected everything we had talked over with Madeleine prior to the big day. This girl is fabulous, we cannot rate her highly enough! We didn't have a single thing to stress about in the run up to the wedding. Absolutely INCREDIBLE day all thanks to Madeleine!
