Went there for a Christmas party. I also had my grad party there. It's a nice venue with a tasty buffet. Good sized dance floor. Place has a bar as well. ATM available.

Honestly, meh. One if the worst meals that I've ever had. It would improve if they labelled what food is okay for people with various dietary concerns. The servers cleared the tables really well. My plate vanished on me, they might have been briefly trained as ninjas.

We had our reception for 500+ people at Meridian Banquet Hall. This was my husbands first choice from the beginning but I took a bit of convincing. A Hall was not what I had envisioned but Meridian offered a modern neutral backdrop not to mention amazing food!! We worked with Rocky and Ricky to plan the perfect reception! The guys were great to work with, accommodating with our needs and flexible with the many visits it took leading up to our big day! Our guests raved about the food and how such a big wedding could feel so intimate at the same time. It was also great that they included everything in their service so we didn’t have to look elsewhere and coordinate bartenders, catering, and coat check. While we required the whole venue they also offer smaller spaces and I would highly recommend Meridian Banquet Hall for any event, big or small!

Far nicer than expected given the industrial area it's in. Large with a functional layout. The video & audio team did a great job at the Chrysalis event being held. Parking for that many people got creative but it worked.

Pretty decent convention hall. It looks great and the service is pretty good. The beef was of questionable quality though and the night lunch was pretty paltry. That easily could have been a planner issue vs the venue though.Overall I think you'd be happy if you hosted an event here.

We hosted our friends Bridal shower here in the small venue. Rocky was super easy to deal with. They were able to coordinate with our decorators and come up with a menu that was a perfect blend of indian and western food for lunch that was light an refreshing. I never have to worry about food whenever I'm here because it's always good! They were able to give us the hall the night before to get everything set up. No matter how picky we were Rocky and his team was able to tend to everything we wanted!

I was at this location for my cousin's birthday party and for the size of the room, it was very well planned out and the food was really good. There were staff to serve our food due to CoVid guidelines which made me happy. I noticed the servers were really good when it came to topping up our water and if we needed any assistance they came through. My only gripe was the wedding happening in the next room, the sound was so loud; aside from that it was a good experience.

Just got back from a friend’s party at meridian. The organizers were so helpful with the set up. The food was fresh and delicious. The smaller hall is great for a party for 50 people. The tables were beautifully decorated, just really impressed with the whole set up and the service from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to choose meridian if I ever have to host a large group party in Edmonton.

Where to start?had our wedding at the Meridian on September 2, 2017 and what a time it was. The hall had changed hands(but stayed in their family) midway through our wedding planning, and most of the time that would spell disaster... but not with Rocky and Ricky at the helm! These guys have been absolutely incredible to deal with; they were patient, helpful, understanding, intuitive, and most of all they made it not just their hall - but "our hall" as well. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming dealing with them for the planning, layouts, big details and small details, food, aesthetics, time frames, and people flow etc.... It was like we were part of the family. There are so many items to planning a wedding and we did our ceremony and reception here which added quite a bit of coordination complexity, and it all went absolutely perfect. The hall has had some reno's with new carpet, paint, tile, lighting, use of the new and improved green room for the ladies. It was already nice to look at, but now its the nicest hall I have personally ever been in when done up to the 9's or just kept simple. The food was incredible, and absolutely everyone loved it, we have been getting compliments every time we see someone that about how much variety there was, and the quality. They are very fair and reasonable as well, they will level with you, be honest, and help you find the best way to do your wedding. There really is a sense of honor and integrity that comes with a long time ran family business such as this. Their reputation is truly number one, and they will do anything and everything to keep it that way which makes them super great to deal with. There are so much more things to say but I would highly recommend coming here for a wedding(especially a big wedding) or event or any kind. And I would put it up against anywhere for the quality of the overall product you are getting for your money. We were super happy, and impressed as you can see and I cant say enough good things. Thank you guys so much. We will always remember our big day with you.

We just hosted an event for 500 people at the Meridian banquet hall and it was perfect. Rocky and Ricky and their entire teams were a pleasure to deal with. The food was amazing, the bar tenders were efficient and in tune with the room and the venue itself looked amazing. Speaking to the food, the kitchen did an incredible job of blending both North American and Indian food and our guests had nothing but good things to say. The Bridal Green Room is a wonderful touch and allowed us to take a break from the action and enjoy some quiet time. I look forward to the next event I attend there.

Most of all when the bar staff informed my group they did not carry non alcoholic beer we were mildly disappointed however the owner went out of his way to get some!!!! Was an amazing experience!!!!
