Kayton travel was extremely helpful to work with. I never used a travel agent before and Wendy took a lot of the stress away. I had it in my head for some reason it would be extra to utilize this service, but in fact Wendy beat the price. I tend to do my own research I initially and reached out to Wendy. She was able to offer us similar resorts for Mexico and ultimately, we chose the one she picked and we were glad she did. The one we were thinking of going, she researched and pointed out the beach wasn’t as good. Had a friend visit that resort at a later date and they had the same feedback Wendy did. She responded timely, had a great list of pros and cons. Other great things, she keeps you organized, reminds you of things including your passport, had a contact number in case you need to reach her, and she even sent us a list of what to pack! She followed up after and asked for feedback. The service was too notch. You can tell Wendy cares about her clients. She is in fact doing some research for future trips. If you are weighing pros and cons of something or need help choosing a resort or things to do, kayton travel is the place to choose. Reach out! She is also extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Wendy's name was given to me by a friend. I called Wendy and gave her a head's up what me travel plans were. We met and she asked all sorts of information that would maybe help me on my trip. We first worked out my flights which she went back and forth between me and Air Canada several times to make sure I got the best flight for me. Then we spend many hours trying to get the best rate possible for my rental cars. We thought we had the best rate possible but Wendy phoned the car rental place and got even more of a discount. I had booked my own hotels for my United Kingdom/Europe trip but Wendy was always within phone reach to help me if I needed it. I arrived in Paris and needed short notice tickets to the Eiffel Tower. Without hestiation, she searched and searched but it was my fault for not giving her proper notice. She explained that she did everything possible using all her contacts. She went the extra mile for me several times and I am planning another trip right now with my mother and I will be asking Wendy to arrange my travel plans. Would I use Wendy again? Yes I will. Will I recommend Wendy to my friends and family? Yes I will.

My son recommended I use Kayton Travel for a trip I took to Europe and I am extremely happy with the service provided. My trip included unscheduled day-to-day travel through Germany and Kayton Travel took care of the full compliment of my travel needs including airfare, accommodation and car rental. Ann and I had an enjoyable time with our first trip to Mexico (Cancoun) in December. it was our first trip to Mexico. The accommodation and service was excellent, The food was fantastic with the variety of meal choice options. The weather was warmer at that time which provided a temporary temperature escape from Edmonton. We took in a couple of vacation packages promoted by Sun Wing, to one of the Mexican pyramids and a theme park. Would consider to do it again.

The flights were rescheduled and cancelled couple of times due to Covid-19, but Wendy always can react and rebook the approprite flights within a short term after airline notice. She even contacted Chinese Embassy to understand the China government released new policy (internal passager onboard requirements) which was beyond normal agent's service.
