Kate is a miracle worker and we so so so appreciated having her coordinate our wedding day. She was a HUGE help before the wedding (especially with everything changing due to COVID) and was an absolute rockstar the day of. From coordinating our flower girls (who were a handful!) to getting umbrellas for everyone, setting everything up in the wind/rain then racing to get the food and come back and tearing down to re-set everything up indoors. Both of us agree that if weren't for Kate, everything would have been an absolute disaster. Kate is absolutely amazing and I would refer her to anyone looking for a small or large scale event!

Kate was an excellent coordinator for our wedding. We planned our wedding for July 2020, right in the heart of COVID. Kate was very responsive, and kept us cool under the pressure of changing regulations. She was organized to help us make critical decisions and ensured the day went by flawlessly. Although we had to shrink our wedding significantly, it was perfect and everything we ever wanted, and Kate definitely played a big part in that. We very quickly realized that planning our dream wedding within our budget would be more than a full time job and so we met with Kate. From day one she was amazing in making everything come together. As the pandemic came into full effect, Kate was already navigating all the possibilities and alternatives and we never really had to stress about anything. We also did a private elopement ceremony a few months before our actual public ceremony and she coordinated and planned a beautiful and intimate ceremony that we were so thrilled with. For our public ceremony we literally just had to show up and everything was taken care of. It was the definition of a stress free day! We had an absolute blast and really felt like we could enjoy every moment of the day without worrying which was so special. Every bride needs a Kate! I wholeheartedly believe this, Kate was not only organized, detailed, efficient, and thought of every little thing, she was the kindest, genuine, calm, cool and collected person you could ask to help make your wedding day go smoothly. We hired Kate before the pandemic for month of coordination in August 2021 (though in hindsight, she is so amazing I wish I hired her to plan the whole wedding!), and even during the pandemic she was always reaching out to see if there was anything she could help with. We went from a wedding of 140+ people, to 16 people, and even with 16 people, you need all the help you can get! We were constantly told that the weeks leading up to the wedding would be most stressful, but we never experienced that because we had Kate, she always made sure she removed any and every stress that would come our way, she handled our wedding with such care, attention and detail, but above all, she felt like she was just one of the family. Even our guests keep raving about her! We can't thank Kate enough. If you are lucky enough to be able to have Kate work with you, I would highly highly recommend it!!

Kate was such a vital part of our wedding going smoothly and giving myself the gift of enjoying this special day! I’m a planner at heart and during the pandemic had to plan for 3 different guest list sizes. Kate supported me during this uncertainty. When we shifted from a venue to an acreage wedding she became even more vital with all her knowledge and talent. The day of she was amazing. I didn’t have to think of anything just go with our timeline and enjoy. She helped guide my cousin who officiated for us. She executed my vision of the day and tent perfectly. Not once did I think that hiring Kate was not worth it. She was the best decision and even though we went down from 200 to 50 guests she was vital.
