Emma from Ivy Weddings made our wedding day so amazing! She took care of every single detail so we didn’t have to think about anything other than enjoying our day together as a couple! If anything came up she dealt with it so quickly and professionally. If any couples are on the fence about having a day of coordinator I can fully say it is one of the best things you could do. She took all the pressure off of us worrying if the day would go perfectly, because we knew everything was in good hands. She has amazing attention to detail and we fully trusted her to make decisions or changes as needed because we knew it would be great no matter what! We can’t recommend this company enough! Whether you need help with long term wedding planning, or just need something for the special day, this team will not disappoint!

We had Ivy Weddings Yeg as day of coordinators for our large, outdoor, fall wedding. They are experienced, direct, and detail oriented- exactly what we were looking for. My hubby and I, and our parents, were able to be fully present the entire day as it was easy to put all our trust into Emma and Sophie. This has been one of our greatest takeaways since the wedding, we are so happy that we had the ability to truly enjoy every moment. Thank you both for your great energy & all the laughs. Hiring Emma and Sophie to help with your wedding will be the best decision you'll make next to saying yes to marrying your best friend! Their professionalism and structure for the day of the wedding made this nervous bride calm and I knew we didn't have to worry about anything. On top of feeling settled, I genuinely enjoyed every minute I got to spend with them, I wanted to be best friends from the minute I met them.
