Rachel Andrews and her team at Hera Weddings is absolutely top notch! Sarah and I just got married this past weekend, and we were extremely impressed with Rachel and her team's wedding coordination. We had a very large wedding of 270 people, and Sarah and I had a stretch goal of being only "wedding participants" in the last few days leading up to the big day. We did not want to deal with the craziness on the day of the wedding and Rachel delivered because she was able to take the reins and allow us to sit back and enjoy the wedding day. Their attention to detail is impeccable, and their organization makes it easy for you to sit back and relax. Rachel Andrews (the owner) is so easy to work with, super relaxed, calm and warm. It's easy to get high strung when planning a wedding and she's able to adapt her style to yours and deliver on all of your expectations. Rachel has a great team. Renee (one of her leads on her teams) was absolutely fantastic throughout the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. Sarah and I were able to enjoy the wedding, and go home without worrying about all the different rentals and vendors and details and etc. Hera Weddings took care of it all, and they are worth every penny. They are a great investment if you want to enjoy the wedding experience.

So thankful we hired Hera Weddings & Events for our wedding, Rachel and her team truly made it possible. Since we held it on a private property we needed support with everything from bringing in bathrooms, to managing catering, ordering rentals and everything in between. Rachel helped us determine what was possible and we totally trusted that Rachel would be able to deliver our vision. She kept everything moving, helped us think through every detail and advised us on all aspects of our wedding. She supported us with selecting and meeting with all vendors, and we were so pleased with all of the vendors she recommended. She coordinated everything so we didn't have to worry about logistics with the vendors after selecting them. She went above and beyond to help us secure special details such as umbrella's, seating chart, napkins, etc. and would always remember and deliver on the specific details we discussed. Leading up to our wedding weekend and throughout she made it so that we could totally focus on enjoying each other and our guests. She also made it possible for my family to enjoy the whole weekend, (even while hosting it at their home).
