I would highly recommend Fork & Farm for any catered event, and will definitely be using them in the future. These guys helped make our wedding such a perfect day. All of our guests were raving about the food and the service, and what a well-oiled machine they operated. We knew the day we came in for our tasting that there was something different and special about Fork & Farm, and although they made the choice easy for us, they still exceeded all of our expectations. Those hors d’hoeuvres were the talk of the wedding - several people said that grilled cheese was the best thing they’d ever put in their mouth. And the watermelon gazpacho and green salad were also the subject of much praise (which is a lot, considering soup and salad don't often get a lot of air time). It's a great local business, which supports other local businesses, and provides the organization and execution of a large catering company, but with hands-down the best service and care we could have asked for. The venue was also raving about how great this team was to work with. I wish I had photos of the food (will post them when our photographer images arrive)

If we could give F+F 10 stars we would. The prompt call back, professional discussion about our event and ultimately delivery of a flawless production was impressive every step of the way. Firstly the staff are outstanding beginning with Jenn's communication skills and ability to turn client vision into delicious reality; she always returned calls/emails promptly, clarified all questions and worked on the menu until it was exactly what we had in mind on paper. Then working with our event planning team Jenn pre-planned all organizational elements to minimize surprises at the venue on the night of the festivities. Chef and his team's delivery of a creative, delicious, unexpected culinary experience in a very rustic setting surprised and engaged all our guests. To top it off the team stayed very late, far beyond expectations, to assist with clean up, scrubbing until the venue was left as we found it - spotless. We absolutely made the correct decision to work with F+F on this special occasion. Our guests were gushing and many have already jumped online to review F+F. Overall, we had an amazing experience working with Fork & Farm. I was looking to create a unique experience for our executive team, and Nicole was there every step of the way. She was not only responsive, but went above and beyond to ensure that she could help in any way possible. Within a few weeks, Nicole and the team put together a four course meal and a customized cocktail kit for our team. This was over the holidays, and even though it is an extremely busy time of year, I did not feel as if there was any attention to detail that was missed. We used Fork and Farm for our wedding this summer. They were AMAZING. They were so responsive and really took the time to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. The food was absolutely amazing! Me and my husband love to cook and to eat and they made a menu that was tailored perfectly to our tastes! They were very willing to change things around to make sure the food and price was perfect. Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was. Throughout everything that happened this summer it felt like things were changing every other week, but the team was there ready to help. The service was so professional. We absolutely loved working with them initially and then especially when they let us postpone our event when my fiancé got Covid 2.5 weeks before the wedding with no additional charges! They were so understanding! I did have to keep checking in with them myself to see if there were any policy changes with Covid throughout the process though. This continued following our postponement when after 1.5 months of no responses at all, we suddenly get notified that now we owe a rescheduling fee and have a 1.5 month deadline to pick a new date with all the same Covid unknowns. It isn't an unreasonable policy to have a fee and deadline, but it was so out of the blue after 9 months of this policy not existing. Also, they said that we didn’t actually postpone our event (contrary to emails), we cancelled it, so technically we now owe 90% of our event total (which wouldn’t have even been a legal size at the time anyway) if we didn’t pay the rescheduling fee and threatened to get their lawyer involved. Thankfully, as a “gesture of good will” they offered the same cancellation policy they had when we actually postponed the event and we got out of our contract as we no longer wanted to use them for our event after this experience. We were so disappointed with the lack of communication, the sudden change in policy, and the fact that it started out so so well. I would definitely recommend their food, but not their company management.

We had Fork + Farm cater a lunch event at our home last week and it was the most pleasant experience. Nicole, the experience engineer was extremely responsive when I reached out and helped build a menu for us that fit our needs. The food was delivered to our home right on time and was set up for us. Every single dish was absolutely delicious and our guests could not get enough of it. We had a variety of vegan, gluten free and dairy free options and all were extremely flavourful. The presentation was also beautiful. The next business day, a member of the Fork + Farm team came by to pick up the equipment. We didn't have to be home for it, we could just leave it on our front stairs, which was super convenient for us. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing any type of catering!

This is a cautionary tale for anyone looking to use Fork and Farm as the caterer for their event or wedding. We engaged F+F to cater our wedding, and they had us come in and do a meet and greet with their coordinators, and they provided a sample of the quality of the food they offer. Make no mistake, the food they prepared was easily the best of any caterer we had began talking with. Their team were amazing to work with, and we were in love. We were also told that we were the first to ask about our date, and so while others had been sniffing around that date, we had the right of first refusal, so long as we could make a decision and give a deposit in a timely manner. We waited for over a week for a quote that never came, to ultimately have them email us (not even a phone call, or any formal sincere apology) and say they've given the date away to another event, that was much larger than ours, and therefore worth more money. So not only did we not have the right of first refusal, we couldn't have even booked this date if we tried, because we didn't have a quote to give a deposit on. The lesson learned here is that while the quality of the food and the frontline people are peerless, the people pulling the strings in the background are making morally dubious choices, and are selfishly anti-consumer. The moral of this cautionary tale is if you like the food, insist on getting a quote in a timely manner so you can get your deposit in, because even though you might be first in line, they will drop you utterly at the first sign that someone behind you might make them a couple bucks more. Proceed at your own risk; but if you're trying to be proactive and plan an event like a wedding where you have multiple moving parts in addition to a caterer...stay clear away. We went from wanting to be ambassadors for this company, to wanting everyone to simply steer clear of the pain that follows trying to get them to be courteous to their customers.

We were married at the Glenmore Sailing club where they had to bring their own food, kitchen and prep station. This was no issue for Nicole and her team who put together an absolutely PERFECT menu and catering plan for our backyard wedding. I write this review is a tenured event professional in Canada. We partnered with F&F for a massively important and high profile event in our corporate head office. The team at F&F knew exactly how to build a kitchen within our office and what they would need in order to execute at an extremely high level. The menu design was traditional but inspired - which is exactly our approach. The tastes of those attending (including veteran restaurant group owners, long standing business men and women in Canada, and PGA TOUR Champions players) are extremely discerning which is what makes this event so high stakes for our corp. It was bar none the best offsite catering execution I've ever witnessed in 10 years. The food quality was extremely high. It was so much fun to watch Chef, Jenn and the team work. Truly a beautiful job guys, thank you. Happy to give a verbal recommendation if anyone needs it.

Prior to the pandemic, I used Fork + Farm to cater a few different events for my employer and constantly got rave reviews on the presentation and quality of the food. They delivered 200% every single time - I was never disappointed. When COVID-19 hit, they pivoted and created this incredible new model to help families take the guesswork out of meal planning (on top of working and homeschooling) - and they did not disappoint. Every single meal that comes out of their kitchen has so much thought and effort behind the preparation of it, hands down some of the best food I've had in this city. I have had the Survival Kits, the Easter Dinner, the Mothers Day Feast, the Fathers Day Feast, The Roasted Chicken Dinner ... the list goes on. All so, so delicious, well-prepared and amazingly presented. They will work with you on any budget and you can give them the tiniest seed of an idea and they come back with the full grown, mature plan that only requires a the smallest effort to execute because they've done all the work. I am so grateful to them for their responsiveness and their complete willingness to flex when minds are changed and sudden needs are dropped in laps with next to no time to execute. Their menu will blow your mind. The attention to detail will blow your mind. The people will completely blow you away - seriously, they are amazing.

I am a very picky eater. Usually I don't care much of sandwiches and cookies if they were not made by myself. When my manager told me about the lunch, but all turkeys and beef sandwiches were all gone. Only have BLT and Vegan ones left... I was like... arrr.... oh well...don't really want any but I did took the Vegan box. OMG, the beets salad and the yam sandwiches was amazing. I can't believed how much I love it and need to find out where they were from right the way. Unfortunately they only do big event, can't really order just 1 lunch box from them. Where do I even begin with how amazing this caterer is!? The food is so amazingly delicious and beautifully presented! We had so many compliments on it at our wedding! People still bring up the scallops and potatoes! People told us it was the best meal they have had at a wedding. Nicole and her team go ABOVE AND BEYOND! As a thank you, my company organized a catered meal so we wouldn't have to cook dinner and the whole process was seamless and an overall great experience. When I contacted them in under 24 hours, they were busy however, they made an effort to accommodate my request for a Friday night. The service & meal was worth writing a review for! The chicken was moist & flavorful, the carrots were perfectly roasted and sweet, the soup was rich and delicious and the gluten free pumpkin pie was enjoyed by all. Your team is amazing. The entire staff loved all of the options. I was more than satisfied with the set up, and I think the only issue that I had is that I didn’t order more of what was offered to us (even though there was more than enough). We were stuffing our faces well into the afternoon. You made me look good too, which is a major bonus. Thank you all so very much for the effort you put into our function; from the zucchini croutons, right down to the Sriracha Pipettes (genius idea). The meatballs were a fan favorite, and I loved those little forks! To even be able to request completely off the menu items, I thought it would be a challenge on my end but you all knocked it out of the park. I first learned of Fork and Farm when the catered a friend's 40th birthday dinner party and I was blown away by not only the food but the service they provided. I started following them on social media and hoped to come up with an occasion to hire them. When the pandemic happened they began to offer 3 meal survival kits (delivered to my door!!!) and I jumped at the chance to simplify my life by ordering. I was not disappointed! I think I went on to order 8 different kits, and there was not one meal I didn't rave about. The quality is outstanding, the portions are generous and the staff are wonderful. I've also ordered their stampede box and gifted their meal kits.. not one person has been disappointed. Give them a try, I know I will continue to support them for any of my food needs!

I can't speak to the quality of the food but I placed a request online and nobody got back to me. I called and they let me know the event date was unavailable. Fine but the service in chasing them down to get confirmation that they can or can't do an event is annoying. There are better options out there if customer service is important to you.

My wife and I were faced with the challenge of planning our wedding during COVID (June 26, 2020)… With provincial regulations changing on a weekly basis and everyone figuring out how to navigate through the uncertainty, this was a very stressful time for us, but from the very first phone call, Fork + Farm went above and beyond to help us out. Just over two weeks before our wedding, the government of Alberta made an update that allowed us to serve food at an indoor event, which is when we contacted Fork + Farm for the first time. Within one day of the first phone call, Fork + Farm had already prepared a menu for our review and invited us to their office location for a tasting session. We were absolutely floored by the initial menu provided by Fork + Farm, but little did we know, this was just the beginning. Upon arrival at the Fork + Farm office, the team had a custom parking spot set up for us right out front. It was a very welcoming environment, where we shared a few drinks and spent the first little while getting to know each other. Then we made our way upstairs and were absolutely blown away by the food samples that were prepared for us. We were already sold on Fork + Farm prior to the tasting session, but this visit took our confidence to new heights. We left that meeting saying that even if all of our other wedding plans fall through, at least the food is going to be amazing… Just days before the wedding, COVID threw another curveball into our plans… The live food stations that we were planning on having set up throughout the venue were no longer permitted. Fork + Farm quickly jumped into action and came up with a solution where the food was prepared in a different room, and then brought out as soon as it was ready. Thanks to the quick-thinking and flexibility of Fork + Farm, our big day was saved. On the day of the wedding, Fork + Farm coordinated with all of the other vendors to ensure that everything went off without a hitch. Every single guest that was in attendance had nothing but good things to say about the food provided. We had a few picky guests with “unique” food preferences, and Fork + Farm went out of their way to provide custom dishes to ensure that everyone was happy and well fed. They even made a custom hot sauce for the father of the bride! I cannot say enough good things about the Fork + Farm team and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to plan an event.

Harley and the Fork + Farm team are simply amazing to work with. First they made it a lot of fun and stress free to pick out the menu and get us thinking about event details. Second they were flexible and helpful when our outdoor venue happened to be in the middle of a torrential downpour and we had to audible at the last second. Third, we were absolutely blown away at how beautifully they had set up the reception venue using what we thought were humble decorations and turning it into an extravagant affair. Fourth the service was so thoughtful with staff approaching us to offer little things that put the bride and groom at total ease throughout the night. My employer often booked fork+farm for many of our events and conferences and I always looked forward to their charcuterie, breakfast and lunch offerings. During the covid hit, I was happy to see fork+farm adapt to offer individual menus. I’ve ordered their brisket sandwich, chicken sandwich, burger (Fave with a KETO option!!) and have been happy with everything. I’ve also tried the Father’s Day brunch and dinner menus and my husband LOVED the steak and whatever crack sauce that accompanied it. The girls even included a Father’s Day gift for him, I was so blown away. I love every interaction with the staff here, everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The “survival kits” are packed and well portioned. If you try anything, I recommend starting with a total kit and absolutely try their DIY Caesers. Like get two or three. So good!

Our experience with fork and farm has been amazing, from start to finish. We were recommended to them by our friends who just had a wedding tasting with them. The tasting did not disappoint. Nicole was super friendly, and tried to envision exactly what we wanted for our wedding day. We initially planned our wedding for 130 people but then had to make multiple adjustments due to covid. We ended up having a 20 person wedding reception at my parents backyard and everyone was so impressed with the food and service. We also got our wedding cake done by them and it looked amazing. After that we wanted to have another wedding party and invite more people. We just had our 77 person party last weekend and again it was amazing. We got to do another tasting before the second party since we were changing the food up a bit. Fork and farm was very careful with allergies and made sure people got exactly what they ordered. The team knew exactly how the night was supposed to go and brought everything out on time. Dealing with Nicole throughout these two wedding parties was amazing, we had about 300 emails and numerous calls and she always answered any questions I had. With both wedding parties I think the food was something that everyone will remember. I would recommend fork and farm to anyone who wants to have a fancy, and delicious meal whether for a wedding, birthday, corporate event, etc.

From the beginning we appreciated the process, perhaps the handholding more than anything. We had no idea what we might want to serve. While other companies waited for us to choose from a list, the staff here were quick to ask questions and offer suggestions. It very much helped us to nail it down. And yes, being able to sample some offerings was very nice too. On the day of, they were very efficient and professional. They moved into and out of our kitchen with little fuss and had things up and running very quickly. We went with food stations, which in my previous event experience, comes with the risk of small portions and hungry guests. This was most definitely not the case here. The food kept coming and was excellent. All night our guests could be heard complimenting it. We did our photos on our acreage as well, so to have one of the staff dash out to us with tasty morsels was greatly appreciated by this bride!
