We chose some uncommon venues for our wedding, but you’d never know based on how seamlessly Evelyn made everything run. We had the pleasure of working with Evelyn for 9 months planning our wedding. We had an initial interview and were very pleased with Evelyn's personality and organizational style. However, when we were reviewed some of her previous wedding designs we were concerned that our styles weren't compatible. Many of her weddings seemed to be rather big and bold while we were hoping for more subtle and calm. We could not have been more wrong! Evelyn did a spectacular job tailoring the day to our personal style. She was able to articulate our vision and make it a reality, while we basically just sent her pictures of what we thought we wanted. Our wedding day was stress-free (for us) and executed flawlessly thanks to Evelyn and her team. The ceremony and reception spaces were so beautiful that we received many, many complements on it throughout the night and afterward. Absolute Incredible Experience! We live in Fort McMurray and planning a wedding in Calgary was a bit challenging to say the least. My fiancé and I were hesitant on whether or not to hire a planner for our wedding. I am so lucky we changed our minds and found Evelyn Clark Weddings! Fast forward months later and we were evacuated from our home due to the Fort McMurray Wildfires. This event caused us to rethink our wedding date and possibly postpone planning. Evelyn and her team were very supportive during these hard times and thankfully we decided to go on with our wedding & celebration. Evelyn Clark Weddings made our dream wedding come true! From our very first meeting all the way to our wedding day, she was there 100%. She listened to all my ideas, concerns, indecisiveness and somehow wiped up the most epic wedding I could have possibly imagined. When I saw my venue I was completely in tears - everything was so beautiful and my vision came true. I asked to 'flower bomb' the venue and she designed the most gorgeous décor & floral details for my wedding! We had the pleasure of working with Evelyn in planning our wedding of 20 guests. We wanted our wedding to be intimate, relaxed, and of very high quality. My spouse and I have busy schedules however, so we didn’t think we’d have the time needed to arrange the wedding we wanted. We also didn’t want our guests to have to help, as we wanted everyone to sit back and enjoy. We thought a wedding planner was perfect for us, even with our small wedding size.
