Faye and her team were simply amazing. She kept on top of all of the details required for a successful event and executed perfectly my vision and style for our wedding. I can't even stress how anxious and exhausted I was by the time our wedding came about and having her and her team take care of all day-of details was the best money spent on my wedding. She knew all of the contract details, reached out to all vendors and went over and above when it looked like our wedding venue may be unable to accomodate us due to wildfires. Her flexibility and calmness under fire greatly contributed to my faith that everything would be alright!

We have had the pleasure of working with Epic Events on many occasions. The name says it all. I don't think many people understand what it takes to plan an event or wedding. As a service provider ourselves, we are often put in situations where our set ups or time frames are impacted by things beyond our control. We hired Faye and her team for day of coordination. She was absolutely amazing. From our first meeting to the big day she made sure everything went flawlessly. We were on a very strict timeline for the big day and everything went perfect. Not only was she there to help with the day of and everything prior to, but she was also there when I really needed someone to talk to and yes cry to when a certain someone in my bridal party decieded to drop a bomb on me 2 weeks before the big day and I felt like my whole wedding was ruined. Faye saved the day. And I can honestly say that the day wouldn’t have been perfect if I had not hired her. Faye you are amazing! I hired Faye for "A Month of Coordination" and was very impressed with her abilities to guide me through the final weeks of planning and coordination for my wedding in Banff. I live in Texas and Faye made me feel calm and at ease. She was always available by phone or email and would get back to you quickly. I really appreciated her organization and prompt attention to details. I met Faye and her team the night before my wedding at our rehearsal ceremony and knew right away Faye would do a great job. She was on the ball from the moment I met her and knew everything would be amazing on our big day! On the wedding day, Faye helped vendors set up decor and ensured everything arrived on time. She also tended to guests and their needs. Our ceremony was perfect and everything was how I had imagined it would be. Nothing was out of place. My sister had fallen ill and Faye and her team tended to my sister after the ceremony, providing her with medication and water to keep her hydrated. This meant a lot to me because my mind was on my wedding. Our reception was decorated exactly the way I wanted it to be and I believe Faye really understood what I was looking for and wanted. She did a great job coordinating with the venue and the rest of the evening went as planned, it was perfect! I was very happy with her service and attention.
