Hiring Amanda as my wedding planner/coordinator was the best wedding decision I made! She completely exceeded my expectations! Not only did she help me with my decor decisions, cake tasting, seating arrangements, site visits and an entire wedding day schedule, she did it all during a pandemic. Amanda (& Monica) were INCREDIBLE to work with! I booked Amanda for day of coordination and partial planning and this was one of my best choices. Our wedding had a ton of moving parts, from an out of town venue, to four different rental companies, shuttle buses, floral deliveries, pick ups, etc. and Amanda handled it flawlessly. She made my day so stress free that my guests remarked that I was the calmest bride they had ever seen. She is so organized and such a hard worker. She helped decorate the venue and tables and has such a keen eye for design. She worked and communicated amazingly with our other vendors and had such a positive attitude. The timeline she created was flawless and I loved that she made a spreadsheet that detailed all of my decor, where it was rented from and where it would be placed at the venue- so organized! She went above and beyond to make the weekend run smoothly and I could not have done it without her! She came and helped organize our 12 (yes 12!) bridesmaids and groomsmen at our rehearsal ceremony on Thursday, drove out to the venue on Friday to help us set up, worked a 12+hour day on Saturday, and also helped with clean up and drop offs on Sunday. Not to mention, she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. If you are considering hiring a day of coordinator or planner, please hire Amanda- you will not regret it!

Amanda from the day of diva was absolutely incredible. Navigating the ever changing restrictions, guidelines, and rules, it was so nice to have her by my side throughout the entire process. The day of our wedding Amanda completed all the set up, organization, picking up the food, scheduling the timing, and keeping all of us on track. After the wedding she did all the take down and coordinated with us on where to have the items placed. In addition there were countless other things she was going behind the scenes that left our day SO stress free. I was unsure if I should have a day of coordinator, but I am so grateful we had Amanda to help and support us along the way.
