We rented the laser tag equipment and had a birthday at a park with it. The kids loved it! It was easy to use and understand for the 8 year olds. It worked great all day. The pick up/drop off process was simple for the services they had this year. Everyone was very helpful!

I really liked the service. The phone wasn't answered a couple times during lunch hours, so I had to leave a message. Other than that everything was great. The driver was so professional. He made the set up quick and clean and he joked with the kids. All the kids had a blast and the bouncy castle was a hit.

I am shocked and dismayed by the lack of customer service shown todayby Bounceroo. I ordered a bouncy slide combo for my son's birthday today. When confirming drop off yesterday, they asked to bring it at 11am, which was three hours ahead of our booked time, so I was very excited. Today, they phoned our house when my husband was in the shower and couldn't hear it. This was at 10 to 10, and they were just confiming that we still wanted the bouncer due to the rain. When I got home I saw someone had called and phoned to confirm that we did want the bouncer. Couldn't get through at all. Tried email, tried phoning the cell and the office, nothing. Wrote a facebook message. My husband texted. The bouncer did not show up at 11. The bouncer did not show up at 2 for our contracted time, and the bouncer still hasn't shown up and missed the party entirely. I tried contacting you repeatedly for three hours and did not get a response before heading to the dollar store to come up with a Plan B party plan literally minutes before guests arrived. This is unbelievable and pretty much unfixable since my son was disappointed on his birthday. We were repeat customers too, so I am really shocked at the way things went down as we had a good enough experience to rebook a second year. I would like my deposit returned IMMEDIATELY, and I will be letting everyone know my experience with bounceroo. DO NOT BOOK WITH BOUNCEROO!

Short Term Home Corporate Suites Inc

We used Bounceroo Party Rentals for our annual company picnic. Everyone enjoyed the inflatables, carnival games and especially the sumo suits. The delivery staff were friendly and worked quickly to have our event set up well before our start time. This was our first family picnic with this type of entertainment, but it will definitely not be our last. Thanks Bounceroo.

We had hired Bouncer for our 100th Year Anniversary Celebration at Spring Lake RV Resort. The product that was provided was great quality but the timeliness I was not impressed with. Our event started at noon with about 350 guests and we had one rental item arrive at 12:06 (after the event had started) with setup and operating start after 12:30pm. I was disappointed with this service. There was also only one staff who had to set up: - 3 inflatables -Sno Cone Machine (he was to busy and unable to show our staff how to operate) -2 Carnival Games (which our staff set up) His arrival time was 1030am and this was not enough time for setup. A lot of our staff actually ended up helping the staff member set up the inflatables.

The laser equipment was extremely high quality, coming with accessories above and beyond expectation. Furthermore, I would speak to the my observation that Brad and Mitch exhibit some of the highest quality leadership I have witnessed in a traditional business in a long time. I could tell immediately in my interactions with them that they were high quality people doing their best to provide a valuable service to the community in a society which has become increasingly hostile to the very backbone of its own existence - the entrepreneur. It was not my interactions which inspired this short note however, it was actually my review of the reviews. I looked at the lowest reviews here on Google, and was surprised to find that each one star review had not only a response to its criticism, but a response which both apologized and took full ownership over the shortcoming. I admit, I do not spend my days reading Google reviews by any means, but as an average person reflecting on my average amount of review reviewing I cannot think of another case in which a business took such transparent ownership over such public criticism. Thank you Mitch and Brad for being an awesome example of authenticity, in both your successes and your failures. The best leaders will always get to where they're going not because they succeed more than others, but because they've failed more than others, and learned from those mistakes.

The pub was a huge hit. The guys that did delivery and pick up were great. The only feedback I would give is the office that deals with the bookings need to communicate with each other. It was super stressful to be given some attitude about deposits, booking and timing even though we had done it all in advance. I will say though, after a few hiccups, they did solve it all, we got the pub when we needed it and they fixed all issues. Just for a good office work culture, maybe you all need to chit chat and be a little more clear cause the client was the one who had to have stress in an already stressful time. Really appreciate the hard work to solve the issues though, I'm sure it sucked for them as well.

They have always been on time with clean and updated machinery (popcorn, cotton candy, sno cones) and bouncers. I've rented cotton candy machines here and both times was a great experiance. I booked online, which was super easy to do. They trained me how to make it, what temperatures to set it at, and the best way to transport it. I didn't have to clean it either, which was great. I also dropped it off a day later than I should have, and they were really understanding about it. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again, especially since they are located WEST end and I didn't have to drive deep south to pick up or drop off. Bonus!
