The life of a busy dealership gets overwhelming with daily tasks & responsibilities. If we could only rely on a professional company that can handle tasks for us. Well, consistent balloons are one of them. Strings. Tying them up. Helium. Rentals etc. What a nightmare. All until Balloons Canada came along. They easily assessed our needs. Promised to take care of what we need & that was it. We never have to worry about balloons in the showroom anymore. One call & it's handled. We won't go anywhere other than them. They're service is professional. Courteous. Fun. Enjoyable. Kind & generous. They aim to please & have never failed us. Kudos to the entire team. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY THREATEN THEIR CUSTOMERS! DO NOT EVER RENT HELIUM TANKS WITH THEM! I called the number at noon on April 23 to rent tank for April 24. The guy asked me if I can pick up in the evening after 5pm and I said yes. I asked him since they are closed on Sundays, if I can bring back the items on Monday and he agreed as long as I will be there before 10 am So my boyfriend went to pick up the items, they took his ID (and kept it!) and signed all the papers. I got a very rusty Item with full of tapes around it! their electric balloon pump has to be taped just so we can use it! their helium tank did not even fill 100 (as that's what we ordered) 12" balloon. BUT THIS IS THE WORST PART: So Monday came we were at his place before 10am (as we've agreed upon) to drop off our rented items and no one is there we stayed there for sometime and called the guy and he did not respond so I left him a message saying we will be back at 6pm. He messaged me back at around 9:30 am to call him again. I did called and he told me he will charge me for another day of rental! I explained to him that we were there before 10 am and we need to work as well so we left. He said, I should have left the tank in front of the house! I told him I do not want to be liable if it's lost. The he started being so RUDE and YELLING! I was at work so I drop the call and messaged him that I will be writing this review on his business profile. He messaged me back THREATHENED me that he will file a theft report to the police! I told him he cannot threaten me as I know what is the truth. This is unbelievable!

Balloons Canada was so helpful when we wanted to send balloons to our granddaughter for her 2nd birthday. We live in Ontario and she is in Calgary. The balloons were great and she was so happy. I highly recommend them!
