Recently attended a daytime event for approximately 60 people at this beautiful venue. The space is very large with clear side and roof panels for stellar views! The staff were courteous and very helpful. This is a unique space so close to the city - will definitely consider holding a future event here!

Security was a joke. Let people enjoy their wedding. Would not recommend.

We attended an event at Aspen Valley. Wow this venue is beautiful. The setting is so perfect!! All the guest were able were able to enjoy the outdoor grounds. Those who preferred to not be outside for too long the transparent tent was absolutely wonderful. The tent is amazing, makes you feel as if you are outdoors but offers shelter and warmth. It blends into the space really well. The owners and employees were very courteous and helpful. The entertainment was great. All the facilities such as bathrooms, were clean and well maintained. Lots of room to set up seating and entertainment space in the tent.

Very good location among Aspen trees. Huge tent with clear walls to enjoy the beauty of surrounding trees, and water fountain. Beautiful bridal suite, caterer place, washroom facility and ample parking. It is located only 20 minutes from Edmonton International airport and similar distance from south Edmonton. Beautiful place in Leduc County, Alberta, Canada for wedding, agri-business and corporate events.

Attended an event here a few weeks ago and it was a great experience! The venue was beautiful, there was a nice water feature, and the bathrooms were well kept. The staff was welcoming and very accomodating. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique wedding or event space!

**edit: they are currently using friends and family to leave positive reviews regarding a birthday party or ‘recent’ event. Please be careful of who you give your money and business too! This is incredibly unprofessional and deeply upsetting after everything my friends have gone through with the owners. There’s was a review regarding this that they’ve seemed to have been able to report, I’m assuming as spam. It IS incredibly easy to find the connections between the names on reviews and responses from public posts on their Facebook page and Instagram pages as the other woman said in her post. Please exercise the utmost caution, this behaviour and deceit are egregious to say the least. Bc I recently attended a wedding of a friend and I’m quite disappointed with how this venue has handled it. The venue itself is beautiful, the managing of it is subpar at best. I was supposed to help with the set up/take down and was privy to the conversation between the venue and couple; it’s misleading to say they weren’t aware of the day before set up. It was clearly communicated that was the plan between both parties and had been discussed since the beginning of the year. As well, during the reception I noticed that the owners having an argument in the middle of the tent, in front of the couples guests, which is highly unprofessional. The women’s bathroom had been flooded; my understanding was that the men’s was as well. The vac trucks came in during the catering set up which produced an unpleasant odour, which is obviously not something you would want to have during meal times (or anytime during an event, really). It seemed like one of the owners was out to argue; I noticed him attempting to have tense conversations with both the groom and DJ; I noticed the DJ handled it incredibly well and professionally and the owners didn’t appear to want to have an actual conversation. As advertised on their website, it is not cheap to rent out this facility and the troubles that have come along with it do not justify the pricing. The couple had such a wonderful wedding, the guests were quite calm considering it was such an exciting day and there was nothing out of the ordinary; I fail to understand why the owners acted the way they did. They did not live up to the promises and agreements they made and with that I would recommend looking elsewhere to host such an important day.

We had our wedding ceremony at aspen valley in October. I found Maya to be very responsive. We had a few hiccups during the planning and execution of our wedding. Anuj went out of his way to try and make things work and I feel he went above and beyond answering calls late at night and calling the county. Although we did have issues getting a permit for the tents, I'd recommend planning ahead and making sure.you can sort that out as we didn't have enough time and ended up with a smaller tent. I'd also recommend working with vendors recommended by Aspen as we spoke to some vendors who wouldn't work at that location. On the day of the wedding ceremony Anuj and Maya were both there and very helpful and helped accommodate any last minute requests. Great service overall and very happy.

My son and daughter-in-law were recently married and chose Aspen Valley to celebrate their special day. Although the day was beautiful and perfect in so many ways there were definitely some issues. I realize that this venue is still very new but for the amount of money the kids paid I would’ve expected a little more attention to detail. There are definitely some kinks that need and can be worked out but some issues may be more difficult. 1. The biggest issue was that because the neighbours continually complain about the noise our DJ ( which was very ????) was told to turn down the music at 8:00 and several other times during the evening. In my mind and those of the guests the music was not to loud. The music was hardly heard if you were standing in the parking lot at the end of the property line. As a result the kids were charged $500 for noise. 2. There was an issue with both the men’s and ladies washrooms which were not fully functional. The ladies washroom had two out of the four stalls out of order. The men’s had a flood on the bathroom floor( which was cleaned up) The other issue with the washrooms was the fact that the service truck had to come twice during the course of the wedding. The venue did compensate for this issue but it should’ve not happened in the first place. This venue holds gathering for up to 230 people and the washrooms were not equipped to handle 130 of our guests. 3. There had been conversation about being able to set up the day before the Friday wedding as the cleaning crew comes on Thursday. When we arrived the venue had not been cleaned and was not ready to set up or decorate. It was an added stress that the wedding couple didn’t need. As it turned out the crew was there Friday morning and had gotten everything cleaned and setup in time for the guests arrival. I would currently not recommend booking this venue until they are able to fix the issues. My advice to anyone looking to book this venue would be not to plan to have music as even the noise of 130 guests talking would exceed the noise limit. Make sure they have replaced the small water tanks in the washrooms with larger ones so you don’t have the inconvenience (smell) of having them serviced during your event. And lastly make sure you all your verbal arrangements in writing.

I attended a birthday party at Aspen Valley this summer. The transparent tent really allows you to enjoy the natural beauty of the property, while making sure guests are comfortable. We explored the trails and outdoor ceremony area as well, which is lovely. It is a unique venue and I look forward to coming back for future events!

Attended a daytime birthday party over the long weekend. Pleasant scenery and appreciated the facility's ability to make the tent "open-air" with the nice weather. Definitely a nice feature that gave us some peace of mind that there would be lower risk of infection transmission amid the fourth wave of the pandemic.

Really enjoyed the event I attended here. The grounds were extremely beautiful making for great photos, and being outdoors allowed us to actually see some smiles in those pics, not having to mask up. Was really impressed with the grounds, the fountain, and the tent. Bathrooms were clean as well. Overall really enjoyed my time here and have recommended it to a few friends who have gotten engaged recently. Not having to worry about indoor covid restrictions is a huge bonus and being outdoors made me feel more comfortable about being at a large gathering.

Recently attend the venue for a birthday party and the place is beautiful. Such a lovely space for any outdoor event. Especially a wedding. This is such a beautiful space to capture photos for your special day. There is a water fountain, a large tented area, and indoor bathrooms with running water. The owners, Anuj and Maya, are such great people too.

We had our wedding ceremony at Aspen Valley in early October. I found Maya to be very responsive to emails all throughout the planning process, which I appreciated very much as I found the other wedding vendors I dealt with to be lacking in communication skills. Both Maya and Anuj were present for the event itself, and were extremely helpful the day of. The only thing I would recommend to prospective renters is to go through a recommended vendor if you will need something like a tent for the garden space- we made the mistake of trusting a family friend for a tent, and it ended up falling through with very little time to plan anything else- but Maya and Anuj worked with us for a solution that ended up working great. Great service from both of them, and I would use this venue again.

PART ONE: This venue looks and sounds promising. Maya and Anu made this new venue sound like a dream come true. After postponing due to covid we moved our wedding closer to home. We had originally booked an indoor hall, but because of covid we felt it safer to book an outdoor venue. Maya communicated with us about everything leading up to the day, taking on the communication between vendors and it seemed as though all was moving forward smoothly and was going to be perfect. For the price you pay you are promised a fully functioning kitchen, newly renovated bathrooms, and a bridal suite in addition to the ceremony space and reception tent. They promise a clean, event ready venue. The day before the wedding we communicated a set up plan with Maya. My husband took all of our purchased alcohol out there earlier in the day, and I would arrive and meet others out there at 3 pm. We would then set up the reception space, bridal suite, and do a quick rehearsal at 6 pm. When we arrived the bathrooms and bridal suite were locked, the only thing left unlocked was our alcohol. Maya and Anu were not there and the state of the tent was horrific. The promised fully functioning kitchen was a disaster and would not have met health standards if catering were to come in that day. The ceremony space was not set up as communicated and the two saw no issues with any of it because “it is an outdoor event, we don’t have our cleaning crew come out until the day of your event”. However, it was communicated days prior that their cleaning crew comes every Thursday. Our wedding was Friday august 13th so we were there on Thursday for set up. This summer the wasps have been pretty bad, and it being an outdoor venue we expected to have bugs. But there were wasps nest inside the tent and neither managed them. When we brought up this concern it was shrugged off and my mother in laws husband drove back into town to get wasp spray and he took care of them himself. He had to spray the nests so while we were setting up dead wasps and hornets were falling onto the floor and tables in the tent. We had to trust their word that the clean up crew would be there in the morning and we set up as best we could. I sent out a detailed timeline and communicated when myself and the bridal party would be arriving. We arranged on six am, Maya and Anu accommodated this no problem. However when we arrived at six am with hair and make up and six bridesmaids, neither of them were there. The bridal suite and bathrooms both locked. Our ceremony space still not set up, and no cleaning crew in sight. Anu arrived around 6:20 and unlocked everything. We found out quickly that the bathrooms were not working. No running water and the toilets didn’t flush. Anu did not take care of this until approximately 9. Which is also when the “cleaning crew”, which was just one person showed up. Once my husband and groomsmen arrived everything was almost set up and finished, and by the time it the ceremony all was cleaned and set up. Our catering company communicated not only with us but with Maya and Anu regarding their set up and arrival, and our order of events. I have attached a statement made from our catering company with their consent. But to sum it up, Anu and Maya brought in a vac truck to suck out the septic tanks. Causing them to have to put their job on hold, and a disgusting smell where all of our guests and vendors were. They promised a number of tables, and did not have them available. They told catering they have running water. THEY DO NOT. Our catering company did the best they could with the situation and we are extremely thankful they did it so smoothly considering the number of barriers they faced. ***PART TWO OF REVIEW IN PHOTOS DUE TO CHARACTER LIMIT***

I was invited for an event at this venue and I thought it was a unique location. I liked that we had beautiful views for photos (rolling hay, fountains, trail through wooded area etc. ) and plenty of space which is nice during Covid.

Our team at Infinite Event Services has had the pleasure of working with Aspen Valley and have been amazed and the level of care and detail put into every aspect of their planning and venue. We can't wait to be there again!

We had our wedding here in the summer of 2021 and were blown away by the experience! We felt quite in over our heads while we were planning (as most couples do even without the constantly shifting covid restrictions). But despite us being their first large scale wedding, they operated like a well-oiled machine and helped out in any (and every) way! The staff put out many fires on the big day which allowed us to enjoy the moment. Also, the atmosphere and surrounding grounds were exactly what we had hoped for and better than what we had expected. Cannot recommend more. Thanks Maya and Anuj :)

Might possibly be a good venue for an extremely small group of people, but I would not classify this as a true “wedding” venue. I had attended a friends wedding about a month ago and although the location is beautiful, it is not set up properly to hold a large (or semi-large) function. The main take aways as to why it wasn’t an ideal location coming from a guests perspective was: 1. During the wedding, a lot of smokers were directed from in between the dining set up and bathroom trailer down the road a bit further (which as a non-smoker, I appreciated for the duration of the night having people spaced far away to get away from the smoke if we wanted/needed) but the issue is, they brought septic cleaning trucks to the venue during the actual wedding. You could smell it from the start of the bathroom trailers all the way down off the property at the end of the road leading to the venue, directly where they were sending people to go smoke. The stench was absolutely horrible and actually made me gag. I understand it possibly was better to have them there cleaning out the bathrooms than having them be full, but keep in mind this was at the start of the wedding so it’s not as if so many people had filled them up and they needed a cleaning - this did seem to be poor planning on the owners end by not scheduling it to be done prior to the wedding. Although I understand mistakes happen - just something to keep in mind when choosing a venue if you do have a larger guest list. 2. There were moments where it seemed like the owners were frustrated and/or arguing either amongst themselves or with the DJ. I later on asked other guests if there were any issues because things seemed tense and I was told the DJ was told by the venue owners that he needed to keep the music turned down as it was getting too loud - only 3 people were dancing and nothing was loud at all. It was nowhere near as loud as a wedding would or should normally be. It made it very hard to let loose and enjoy the night with drinks when we were constantly having to turn the music even lower. As a guest, I can say the venue was stunning but in terms of enjoying the venue, I think there was a lot of missed opportunity. If you have a small wedding of 20 people I would say this would be a nice option. If you’re wanting anything traditional and of larger size, I would recommend looking elsewhere
