I was on a multi-month trip from Texas to Alaska and back down through Canada to the Pacific Northwest when my fresh water low point drain valve broke. All of the water drained out immediately. I called when I got near Whitehorse and they were able to take a break from their really busy schedule and fit me in to get me back on the road. It's little things like that that go such a long way. Such great people at Fraserway that really seem to care! I plan to head back up this way again next year, and I'm going to stop by and find something to buy just to show them my appreciation again. Thank you guys so much!

Rented a small RV for a week tour around the Yukon and Alaska. Picked it up in immaculate condition, everything in great working order, and it was easy to contact the hotline when we had a question come up. Really appreciated the shuttle as well. Great customer service from everyone we dealt with over the phone and at the shop. Though it is slightly cheaper than the competition, it is still highly expensive. $100 to have cutlery and bedding included (for which apparently we needed to pay twice for two people) seems like a cash grab, unless you happen to be able to fly over with all of your flatware and camping necessities. All in all, very pleased with our trip.

Posting on behalf of a family member who had a less than ideal experience. The technician in charge of working on their camper did a terrible job. I don't know if the person is not qualified but it was not an acceptable, their camper was damaged. Also finding a corporate number/contact was very difficult. I originally just wanted to put a star rating, but as mentioned below they don't have a record of me being there and I want to shed light on the situation.

Excellent customer service from Sandra arranging a rental RV for our trip to Yukon this summer. She answered all my questions (and I had quite a few) and revised the quote promptly in response to my requests. Very professional and friendly. Also the price was a lot lower than other companies that I looked at and on par with doing a private rental through an online booking system; plus they give you the piece of mind on roadside assistance that a private rental can't. Looking forward to meeting the Whitehorse Fraswerway team in person this summer.

This is our 2nd experience with fraserway, there will be others! (Original) Au top ! Sandra a été à notre écoute pour toutes nos questions. Nous étions un groupe de 8, famille de 4 plus tous les grands parents. Chacun son TC RV. David, qui parle français s'est chargé des non bilingues. Pour ce qui est des véhicules : F-350 plus la cellule sur le dos. Gros bébé de 5T qui se conduit très bien. Véhicules quasi neufs, cellule d'une propreté irréprochable. C'est notre 2e expérience avec fraserway, il y en aura d'autres !

We liked our experience. Friendly staff. We had rented an in reach device to communicate with on road support and the Whitehorse office because there was no cell reception. They answered any technical questions we had during our trip. We had one flat tire on the Dempster. They arrange an appointment at a titre repair shop for us. This lone RV dealership in town absolutely have their ways. They are very good in dealing with the renters/tourists but they are terrible with the locals and people who have bought their RV's from them. They are one of those dealership in town where they'll go above and beyond to sell their products to you but will screw you when problems arise with your RV unit. Problems like warranty issues and the like, they are very poor in communicating, excuses are very common from them and will screw you over and over if they can. I bought a they called brand new travel trailer from this dealer, I choose local and support local but I guess it was a mistake. Issue's and problems, trailer stayed in their lot for months/weeks, I had to email and call them umpteenth times for updates. Terrible epxeriences from this dealer for a first time RVier. If you can, don't buy RV from this dealer.

Excellent service and vehicle. But you need to clearly specify your needs. We booked a 4x4 camper truck for a trip up the Dempster & Tuktoyaktuk highways. We learned along the way that a better option was to have dual wheels (ours were single) and heavy duty treads to deal with the unpredictable road conditions.

The pick up from our accommodation in Whitehorse and the instruction in the vehicle (in German) were very good. The vehicle was in perfect condition, very clean and very well equipped. In the last week we unfortunately had a problem with the heater. Denise Schwerzmann from the Whitehorse branch was a very competent and reliable contact person in this regard. She approached the problem perfectly and settled it to our complete satisfaction. The vehicle delivery and the shuttle service to the airport also worked smoothly and quickly. We can highly recommend Fraserway. (Original) Im September waren wir 3 Wochen mit einem Truck Camper von Fraserway unterwegs. Die Abholung von unserer Unterkunft in Whitehorse und die Einweisung ins Fahrzeug ( in deutscher Sprache ) waren sehr gut. Das Fahrzeug war tadellos in Ordnung, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. In der letzten Woche hatten wir leider ein Problem mit der Standheizung. Denise Schwerzmann von der Niederlassung Whitehorse war diesbezüglich eine sehr kompetente und zuverlässige Ansprechpartnerin. Sie ist das Problem hervorragend angegangen und hat es zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit geregelt. Auch die Fahrzeugabgabe und der Shuttle Service zum Flughafen funktionierten reibungslos und zügig. Wir können Fraserway bestens empfehlen.

There advice and workmanship were par excellence!! from the service writer (Sten) to the service tech (Scott) the professional attention to detail on the install really indicated a pride and knowledge of the trade. We were picked up by Charles at our hotel and taken to the Fraserway. The rental there was done quickly and also by Charles was enrolled in perfect German and very friendly and competent. Unfortunately we had a rockfall. Nevertheless, the return was done without problems. I would like to highlight the free shuttle to Whitehorse and the friendly and competent care in German on site (Original) Sehr gutes Service. Die Fahrzeuge sind alle höchstens 1-2 Jahre alt oder ganz neu. Unser Truck Camper hatte 14.000 km und hat super funktioniert. In Whitehorse war die Betreuung super. Wir wurden von Charles bei unserem Hotel abgeholt und zur Fraserway gebracht. Die Anmietung dort war schnell erledigt und ebenfalls durch Charles erfolgte die Einschulung in perfektem Deutsch und sehr sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir hatten leider einen Steinschlag. Trotzdem erfolgte auch die Rückgabe ohne Probleme. Hervorheben möchte ich das Gratis Shuttle nach Whitehorse sowie die freundliche und kompetente Betreuung auf Deutsch vor Ort
