I had an amazing experience coming to this place not only were they excellent, kind and approachable to a me, who had difficulty understanding the main problem and the solution but they went as far as taking time out of their day to educate me on how to problem arose and how to fix it and the step they would be taking to ensure it wont occur again. I did not ask them to do any of this they did this simply because they wanted to never have I had such hospitality shown to me before and it was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is currently in need of their services.

Muhammad responded to our call late in the evening as our house experienced a curious loss in power: outlets suddenly had no juice, the stove wouldn't start, lights began to dim. Into this small horror movie, Muhammad arrived, listened to our story, and immediately narrowed the problem down. He showed the up-front pricing options, then gently talked us through the tests he was conducting. Eliminating options one by one, he gradually diagnosed that one of the lines into our house had been damaged. We went outside and discovered that indeed, one line had been broken by vines growing on the outside walls. This is a problem for Toronto Hydro, he explained, but he called Toronto Hydro for us, and they arrived to fix the problem that evening. Muhammad was a gentle and patient and knowledgeable electrician -- he saved us on a cold, dark night. We are very grateful, and recommend his service heartily.

All the prices are fixed, which means that you're paying the same amount for 10 minutes of work or a few hours. I ended up paying over $400 just to have a burnt fuse replaced, which took 15 minutes overall. On top of that, Muhammad used his multimeter to test the circuit, and it showed that I have 290V coming into the house which raised concerns. He ended up calling Hydro to check that out, and when the guys came, not only did their devices (that are tested daily) show normal voltage, but they also couldn't believe how much I paid for a burnt fuse replacement.

Where to start. Muhammad literally saved my inventory for my business. I had a problem where I wasn't getting power with one of my load at my power unit. I called them and they said he will come first thing in the morning. He was true to his word. He came, went through the pricing with me to make sure that there isn't any surprises and then started to quickly fix the issue. He quickly figured out the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. Thankfully he also had the component that was needed to get the power restored (this was Sunday by the way so all the Electrical stores were closed). Once that was fixed, got everything sorted out in my panel and that was it! Right when he was about to leave, I had another issue with my walk in fridge (where I housed all my inventory for my business). I was freaking out, panicking why there was an issue.l I quickly told Muhammad the issue and he came back....AMAZING. He quickly took a look at the situation, and told me that there was definitely power and nothing tripped. At this point, I was defeated and just done for the day (just on a side note, I stayed up the entire night trying to maintain the temperature of my products in the fridge). We both realized that the issue might be coming from my compressor so at this point, i had to call someone else. Muhammad thought for a moment and then he took another look and found out that the breakers were not in the right place. Oh .. my ... gosh. He fixed it. I have never met an electrician like Muhammad. I am saying this as I have gone through a LOT of trades people. He has become my go to person for all issues related to electrical work. Thank you so much for your help today Muhammad. Called back within a few minutes with a quote and was here at my property within a couple hours. The electrician was polite and showed all his certifications and licenses before beginning the work. He quickly finished the job and made sure everything was up to standard. The price was on the higher end but for this job, I just needed it done and didn't mind paying for the quick service by a Master electrician (since it was a ME, the price wasn't too bad actually).

Trustworthy, prompt, and professional I have used Safe Electrical Solutions twice now. The first time was for a major job rewiring a basement full of miswired halogen pot lights that were flashing and behaving dangerously. (These pot lights had been initially installed by the previous homeowner with no electrical experience). SES arrived swiftly after the initial call. I was provided with an accurate quote based on an assessment and he was able to answer all my questions. I approved the work. The work was completed quickly and properly. I was fully satisfied. Based on SES' prompt and professional work I had no qualms using them again for a second job more recently. This time, outlets in the kitchen were crackling and popping the breaker. As with the first job, SES arrived quickly after the initial call, provided an accurate quote, and completed the work promptly and effectively. SES' expert work meant there was no disruption to the home's daily routines. In conclusion, I am very pleased with SES. I would recommend SES to any homeowner and will be using them as my go-to solution for electrical in the future.

Overcharge, a lot. Paid over $400 for 15 minutes of work to check a electrical outlet and change the outlet. The outlet had a hairdryer plugged in that caught fire for a moment. No work was needed/done on the wiring. Then tried to sell additional outlets for $100 saying that is the market cost for them when they sell at big box stores for $15.

I live in a condominium. Over the past 4 summers, I have had a consistent problem with my AC. It would continuously trip the breaker. I have had the condo contractors for the AC make numerous attempts to fix it. They changed the compressor and condenser. They never once suggested to have an electrician look at the breaker panel etc. Nor did the management at this condo. It was Canada Day long weekend, and it was about 43 degrees outside. Of course the AC tripped the breaker once again, because of this the AC failed to perform. I tried calling the electrical contractor for the condo. No answer. Isn’t this a great condo (sarcastic)! At that point, I thought it was a breaker problem. I googled electricians. SES came up with a 5 star rating, so I took a chance and called them. They answered immediately and returned my call within 4 minutes. Mohammad was at my place within 2 hours. He asked me to send him a photo of the breaker so that he could be prepared. I did. When Mohammad arrived, he was extremely professional, friendly and informative! It’s always a scary and difficult decision to make when it comes to choosing an electrician. I was nervous, but Mohammad was amazing! He tested my breaker and AC. He concluded that it was the breaker because of the AC. He removed my breaker and noticed burn marks on it and smoke. He changed my breaker and cleaned the burn marks from the panel and panel door. He explained everything he was doing. I am very inquisitive and curious and he was extremely patient with me. Honestly the best service I have ever received!!!! Mohammad was very knowledgeable and got the job done! Lastly, I will say that Mohammad and SES have saved my life, literally. If I hadn’t called him, my condo would have had a fire most likely within two days. I will only contact them for any and all my electrical needs. Thank You So Much Mohammad and the SES Team!!!!

Early December 2020, I had attempted to change an electrical outlet myself and low and behold I tripped the circuit breaker. I attempted to reset the circuit breaker but it would not reset. I have used Safe Electrical Solutions twice now. They answer their phone no matter what day, respond back almost immediately, and show up in the window they say they will. As far as I'm concerned, that's half the battle! The problem is fixed when they arrive and you can sleep safely at night. I had all wired smoke alarm wires checked as they were going off intermittently back in April and I just had to outlets modified as they were inset in tile and needed a bigger box put in to avoid gapping - something I discovered when my kettle shorted out yesterday. I was replacing a sensor switch and removed a circuit that was connected to half my house. I was not sure what to do as it seemed more complex than I had envisioned. Muhammad came and explained everything and repaired it. It did cost more than what I anticipated however, his prices are in line with what electricians would generally charge. He actually did me a couple favours by not charging a holiday Monday premium and discounted the price of the other sensor wall outlet change. Amazing service! My breaker broke at 6:30 p.m. on a Sunday night, and Safe Electrical Solutions had Mohammed at my home 30 minutes later. He did a terrific job. He went through all the prices. and the rates were excellent. He completed the job quickly and expertly.
