Contacted them to install a heat pump. They came to the house to look at what BTU was suitable. Emailed on Oct 28 saying that it was probably going to be 2nd week of November for the installation. I waited until 2nd week of November but nothing happened..They did not call to say why..so I called them and was told that probably would happen next week...at the same time I gave their number for my tenant to contact them directly. Nothing happened again this 3rd week. My tenant was later told it would be installed next week.. nothing happened again...Our wait time is one month. They have not emailed or called to explain why or what happened. Just quiet. I finally emailed them yesterday to cancel the whole thing and again no response back. If they can't keep their word about installation, they probably will not keep their word about maintenance/after sale service.
