I phoned in for maintenance on furnace, AC and HWT. I wasn’t comfortable with first tech so phoned the office with concern. Owner phoned me back within an hour and made arrangements for a second visit. Tech was extremely thorough and very skilled. Completed the maintenance and provided great feedback. Excellent communication. Polite. Knowledgeable. Very appreciative of all staff involvement from reception (lovely lady), technicians, and ownership. Would strongly recommend this company to family and friends. Looking forward to all other interactions with Lloyds.

Lloyds did a fine job of both installing a new gas line and repairing my pool heater, however it was a bit of a constant chase to get them to return, and multiple calls to the tech and the office resulted in no returned calls for a quote on installation of a new air conditioner, I eventually gave up and called in someone else who responded right away. They do good work, but need to work on customer service piece.

Needed to have a bathroom fan installed and called these guys for a quote. Had to wait over a month but I figured whatever. Someone came out to my house after a month stood around for a bit and said the office would send us the quote. Two weeks later still no quote. I called the office and the lady who answered said she would pass it along but still nothing.

The technician just left my house. I had an issue with my air conditioner not firing up on one of the worst heat spells we have had all year and they were here within 4 hours of placing the call. They got me fixed up and running in no time and the technician was very friendly. Great experience. I highly recommend.

We have previously used Lloyds with great successes so we automatically contacted them about a potential HVAC need. Rather than going for a quick sure sale their recommendation was to wait as they felt there was no urgency to replace system. We will definitively using Lloyds for all our future HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs. It is great to have such professional service in our community.

Three years ago, I had a furnace go and I called around for a quote and avaliblity, since it was winter and a cold snap was right around the corner. With Lloyd's, I got a furnace within three days (another place would've taken three weeks. I didn't want that). Their response was quick and I had heat within a few days.
