Sam and his team were exceptionally polite and professional while working on our home. They did what other electricians declined to do and replaced knob & tube wiring while making very few access points in the plaster walls. We're both very happy with the work, the new-found peace of mind, and the extent that Sam went to to ensure everything was complete to our liking. We recently installed a pool and contacted two electrical contractors that were referred to us by the pool installer. both told us that they were very busy told us we would be low priority. looking back I,m glad they did because we were then referred to Sam (Streamline). he was energetic and punctual from the get go. within hours of visiting he gave us a quote and a detailed schedule of how things would be carried out. In between starting and the final hook up I must have called / texted him about 50 times with questions about moving things like the panel or plugs or the pump, he answered every time. he and his employees showed an attention to detail and pride in their work, so much so that the pool contractor was impressed with the quality and cleanliness of his work and requested that I get some business cards for them so they can begin referring him to their clients. Once final inspection took place the Electrical inspector mentioned to my Wife that he likes to inspect his work because he does a good neat job.

It has been a terrible experience dealing with Sam who is an unprofessional, ignorant and the customer service is absolutely poor. He canceled our appointment 3 times without being respectful of our time and how it is going to impact us. I would not recommend this company to anyone as he would pick up other job without caring that he has committed some other customers. Stay away from this company at any cost unless you want to repent. Shame on Streamline for exhibiting these values.

Cost was quite reasonable I thought and the overall experience was terrific. They literally bent over backwards to ensure I had everything I needed.
