Called at 8:00 in the morning for electrical appointment. No one got back to us so I called again at lunch time to inquire when someone would call or come out. Debbie, I believe, was her name said she would pass along my number again. Ten minutes later she calls back and says they have no one available and they are booking for September 15th! Well...if this is such a professional business would you not of said that in the first place instead of letting us believe we would hear or see someone soon. Definitely not very customer oriented!! If I have an electrical problem why would I want to wait 3 weeks for an appointment...give your head a shake!
