They rewired my house, removing all the knob and tube and you couldn't tell. Other electricians had warned me about the damage to walls, but Prime did it, hardly and damage and they cleaned up everything. I recommend them to anyone!

I have used Prime Electric on 2 separate occasions over the past 2 months. On both occasions, they were fantastic to deal with. Patient with my questions and in understanding the issues I needed help with, got me scheduled within 2 business days to come onsite, right on time for appointment and completed the work to a high quality and within the time they estimated for the job. On the 2nd occasion, I also needed an electrical safety inspection done to satisfy insurance company requirements. They did a great job getting that inspection done, remediating a few things (that were perfectly reasonable and in line with expectations) and issuing a safety certification letter the very next day. I highly recommend Prime Electric for anyone needing prompt & quality electrical services.

Within (2) hours of calling them my house was back in perfect working condition and peace of mind restored. I can't say they will always have someone on hand but for me I am a returning customer. Prime completed the wiring required to install a whole house generator. They provided a written quote to complete the work and that's what I was charged. They were available to answer any questions I had and their workers were friendly and professional. The well organized crew was able to complete the work in a timely matter which passed the required inspection. Great company to deal with !!

I called them this past week to arrange for them to install two ceiling fans and to fix an electrical outlet that was not working as well as to install an under the shelf electrical light. While they were at my place, I discovered an issue with one of my electric baseboard heaters as the control knob was seized and it would not function properly. They went to Home Depot and got a new thermostat and control knob and installed it and now it works fine. The two electricians were very accommodating in that they were willing to work with my suggestions which has resulted in my 5 star rating for Prime Electric!!
