The bearings on a 1 HP electric motor that was for a vital process needed replacing. I called IES and James helped me out same day. Had the bearings in stock. I got my machine back up and running. Amazing service and great value - highly recommended.

Was looking for a 2 inch connector for an urgent repair. Of course none of the Whitehorse wholesalers had anything in stock so I checked to see if these guys would help me out. They were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help me even though this was a small transaction that was not within their usual scope of business
