Used Gold E Plumbing yesterday( July29/13) I had a hole in my 1/2'' copper pipe in my basement and was charged $110.75 to replaces a 12'' piece of copper with plastic. There are two fittings also used. The service charge was $80.00. When I asked about his Senior discount he said it was included. When I asked him to show it to me on the bill he said did I want him to write another bill. The job took ten minutes max. He did a great job but the thing I'm complaining about is he took the copper pipe which had two copper repairs, and his arrogance when addressing the Senior discount which of course I didn't receive.

I use Gold Pluming on a regular basis. Ed always responds to my calls quickly and takes the time to call me when he is on site to give me an estimate before he starts any work.I have called on a Sunday at 10:00pm and he was at our building by 10:30pm. Very good, honest plumber, I highly recommend Gold Plumbing
