Work took about 4 hrs, he also replaced the ground line from the panel to the water meter, and the feed from the electrical meter to the panel, as the old one was too short. Kyle did the electrical work for a bathroom renovation in 2019. I was so impressed with his work that I invited him to consult on another project I was planning. He noticed my panel was full and instead of installing a pony panel he noticed my panel had some safety concerns and recommended a bigger more reliable panel in its place. When I contacted him after his quote he arranged the appointment with NPEI, ordered the materials and did the work professionally within 2 weeks! Kyle and team at Millen Electric were great to work with. I had my old 100 amp screw-in fuse panel upgraded to a 200 amp panel with surge protection at a reasonable rate. Kyle took care of all the pre-planning and coordination with Ontario Hydro for the day of the job and it went off without a hitch. Working from home due to COVID was not an issue as Kyle provided power via a generator for internet router and wifi and phone and laptop charging. Safety and PPE were always adhered to. Certificate of Acceptance provided. I would certainly recommend Millen Electric to others looking for a professional job completed on time.

We hired Kyle from Millen Electric at the recommendation of another resident in Wainfleet, Ontario. When we called him he answered his phone and set up an appointment in a timely manner. He provided clear and detailed qoutes, also, in a timely manner. He assured and ensured the work would be compliant with electrical code. I recently purchased a townhouse that had a fuse panel. Once I moved in I found that some of the areas in the panel didnt work. I had purchased new appliances but could only use my new fridge and washer...due to the fuse panel areas that didnt work I couldnt use my new dryer or stove. I contacted Millen Electric and spoke with Kyle...I explained my issue and Kyle worked his schedule around so he could come ASAP and replace my fuse panel to a new upgraded breaker panel. We needed a few really old outdoor lights replaced, install an additional light fixture and rewire them for our condominium units. We are extremely happy with the new dawn to dusk lights he installed. They are very bright, just what we wanted for a dark walkway at night. Especially happy they are on sensors with no need to worry about turning them on and off. Also, since the light fixtures contain high efficiency LEDs they will only cost about $.07 a day to run 2 light fixtures all night long for 12 hours!!! Can't beat that for safety. Kyle came quickly, had the job done in less then a day. He also respected the homeowners while working in their homes. I have already used Kyle's service twice. Will keep his number for future jobs. Would definitely recommend him.
