We hired Dependable Plumbing and Heating to solve and repair an elusive leak in our kitchen. The person who attended to the leak was very courteous in our home and efficient at targeting the likely sources for investigation. He answered our questions as he went about the necessary work and affirmed the steps we took by engaging a plumber immediately. He found the leak, which we couldn’t isolate on our own, and changed a hose to make a reliable seal and repair. He gave us advice on upkeep and preventative maintenance, and then he was on his way. Rates for the work were reasonable, and it was easy to finalize payments. Thanks, Dependable Plumbing and Heating!

What a scam! Called as I had a leak in my kitchen sink. Was told someone would be over between 2-5. Didn't show up until 6:30. Not very DEPENDABLE! Then was quoted a price $20 for "service call", plus $90 an hour for his time plus an additional $155 to clean out my sink line of the clog. Can you imagine! Called other plumbers and found a great one. Does not charge the service call fee, and his hourly rate is similar but he doesn't charge additional for cleaning out my sink line. In essence Dependable wants about $150 an hour for their plumbers! Also he did not have the parts with him and said if we wanted it fixed we had to call the office the next day and set up an appt. Why does he think we called him? What if we really needed it done immediately. Not dependable AT ALL.
