Difficult job, good fix

We were driving our RV to Fairbanks Alaska, when we got into Watson lake and noticed a funny sound. We went to rugged terrain and they came right out and investigated until they found the problem. Unfortunately are RV will not fit in their bay, but at least we knew not to drive any farther and get a tow to White horse. We are very thankful that they dropped everything and helped us out! Thank you thank you thank you!
