Lance contact us back right away and came to have a look at the job that afternoon! He took the time to explain our options and came back with good recommendation and reasonable quotes. We contacted Lance after learning our newly purchased home had aluminum wiring. He promptly came to our house and assessed what we were dealing with. Not only did he list and price each concern, he also took the time to explain in detail what he recommended and why. When Lance was inspecting the wiring under a basement staircase he also found a framing concern we missed that helped us repair a sloping floor. After we agreed to the work he outlined, Himself and his apprentice completed the work within two days and we couldn't be more satisfied with the end result.
