If I could give this company zero stars I would. Not helpful at all, wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Waiting well over a month (going on 2 months and still no word) for a furnace (under warranty) to be fixed in the dead of winter is unacceptable. Office no help what so ever either, wont return phone calls or pick up phone. Apparently couldn't get ahold of manufacturer, I received a response in 7 mins via email to find out it wasn't properly diagnosed. So pretty self explanatory owner hadn't even called them yet to even inquire about parts, all to try and sell a used one off of his showroom floor. Do not waste your time and just phone another contractor!
