They even applied for the company rebate on our behalf. We are planning to install another unit through Tradewinds in the future. The unit itself (Mitsubishi) is an amazing unit - whisper quiet and very effective. Our only regret is not getting a unit sooner. Tradewinds also offers an extended warranty with annual cleaning. We purchased two heat pumps for our side split. The sales and installation teams were top notch. Too often, the sales side is good but the installers feel like an afterthought. The crew who did our install did an amazing job. They were clean, courteous, and finished both installs ahead of schedule. The *only* criticism I have is that we didn't get a call confirming our appointment until the day before. However, they were at our house at the time agreed to a few weeks prior. One of the best service experiences we've had on PEI.

Their representative (Arthur) was so friendly, helpful, respectful, and took time to explain everything to us! The installers were very professional and took their time explaining everything to us. They cleaned up everything when they finished the job. They phoned us a week after the job was finished to see how we liked the system and asked if we had any problems or questions. They said we could phone them at any time. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful! We like the warranty and maintenance program. We would recommend them to everyone.

We have had 2 Mitsubishi heat pumps for years. We bought them from Tradewinds and are VERY satisfied. We love those machines. We have never had to use our back-up heating system. They work well in very cold weather. Could not ask for a better machine for heating our home. AND we have the bonus of cooling in the summer for those muggy humid days. We've had EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Wonderful heat pumps. We are quite pleased with our MITSUBISHI Heat Pumps. They are reliable in our cold winters. Have not needed to use back up in the coldest of temperatures. The installation was done in a professional manner. They were courteous and very helpful in explaining how to use it. Had ours for 5 years now and we got them to come over for a cleaning a couple of times and they did a great job. Very pleased. Would recommend the Mitsubishi heat pump since it is made for OUR WINTERS and of course for those hot and humid days!
