I've done business with Thomas Edison electric a couple times now. I've bought one of their heat pumps, had a electrical panel installed, and my previous heat pump serviced. Their crew is friendly and knowledgeable. They call ahead to let you know they are on their way. They are considerate as they wear booties so they aren't tracking in dirt through your home. I had Jeff come to my house. He is easy to talk to , tells you what's going on, and keeps you informed. Highly recommend these guys!

Thomas Edison was great to deal with when upgrading our electrical panel. Work quality was good and communication was great. Our only complaint is that in their quote, it states that breakers are included in the panel upgrade but really, only four 'spares' are included. Since we were subfeeding an existing panel, that means we're left with almost an empty panel even after having called to confirm that it included a full panel of breakers on top of reading it on the quote. Definitely made a big difference in overall cost to us and was a big disappointment.
