Our furnace was working but making a grinding noise and I called Artisan because of the great reviews. Khaleel was booked solid for the next three days, which I saw as a good sign, and since it wasn't an emergency I was content to wait. When he did come he quickly identified the issue, confirmed that parts would be under warranty, and said he'd be in touch when manufacturers reopened to exchange warranty parts (we're in the COVID lockdown). So the only bill will be labour, and nothing for this initial visit. Integrity + excellence = I'll never call anyone else for HVAC again.

my experience with Moinul (Artisan electric )was amazing, We wanted to change from electric stove to gas and was abit nervous this gentleman came over to see us and right way I new I’m getting a gas stove he was confident, clam and told me not to worry he will get everything up and running . Within days he did it all WOW I can’t believe I’m now cooking on my new gas stove. These days it’s really difficult to find someone you can trust. I now referred quite a few friends from my work. A few days before my central air conditioning system was providing no cooling or no air flow out of the vents. I called Mr. Moinul Islam from Artisan HVAC & Electrical Inc and I was initially scared/worried if I had a major problem with my system (lots of $$$ in damages). However, after calling him, he thoroughly checked my AC, effectively diagnosed the problem, and fixed it very quickly. He did all of this at a very reasonable cost. After Moinul,s visit, the AC has been working perfectly and better than ever before. There are no problems now. I am extremely pleased and happy with his service and did not expect this level of quality & efficiency for such a reasonable cost. Few days ago, just when the heat wave hit Toronto, we turned on our AC but it did not cool off our inside temperature. We were boiling inside. Having NO knowledge in this field, I called my friend for help who referred this Artisan HVAC and Electrical Inc. Mr. Moinul Islam came the very next day in spite of his hectic schedule and plugged in his tools to diagnose the problem. It took less than 2 hours to fix this problem and cool off my house. Needless to mention that unlike many other technicians, he was very focussed on diagnosing the cause of the problem and fix it to the core other than diving in the OCEANS.
