Dimitri responses right away to my inquiry about adding a gfci outlet outside, as well as one in my laundry room. He gave me an excellent estimate, and arranged for a time to meet. When he arrived to the house, Dimitri and his associate were professional and courteous. They inspected the areas needing upgrading, explained exactly what would need to be done and even suggested some great alternatives to help save on, what would have been, installation involving cutting in to ceilings. Their prices were so reasonable, I decided to add a second gfci outlet outside. They were finished the job within an hour, and had cleaned up after they were done. They also both wore masks the entire time, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Alkon, and will absolutely be using their services in the future.

Alex arrived at our home promptly and fixed our broken outlet in no time and at a reasonable cost. We asked him to fix some other outlets, but he advised us that the outlets were connected to other switches throughout our condo and that no repairs were required. Alkon Electric did some work for me previously when I lived on a condo. Now I've moved onto a house and was not disappointed with their service when they came back. They reconnected the clevis to my house (it holds the electric wires coming into your house), the previous owners didn't seem to notice or care. So it was a priority for saftety. Alkon did a great job and saved me loads of money. I definitely recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work done.

We contacted Alkon Electric because we needed an outlet for our new freestanding range (coming from a built-in cook-top and wall oven). They responded to our inquiries right away and even made time for us on the same day for the install. Other firms that I reached out to did not return our calls or get back to us. As a matter of fact I called other contractors over two days ago and have still received no response or follow up. The two electricians that showed up were friendly and courteous. They explained in detail everything that was required and were very timely in completing everything. We were not in a rush at all but they were very efficient and that is commendable for their sake and ours. This company was very enjoyable to deal with and I would not hesitate for a second to use them again for our future electrical needs. Highly recommended!!!

Alex was amazing; the condo fan for the dryer ceased and Alex fixed it by cleaning the motor and the area around the motor! This would have cost a lot of money but Alex advised that to take it a step at a time, ie he will try to clean the motor first and not to worry! Amazingly, he managed to clean & get it working again with a silent sound! Also, Alex is a true professional; reasonable price for what he accomplished! You cannot go wrong with Alex's services! I would like to thank Dimitri and Alex for making my experience dealing with my electrical problems less stressful than it could have been. They came to trouble shoot my problem, provided a solution, and several suggestions which was much appreciated. After deciding on a plan which would take a couple of weeks to implement, I experienced another electrical problem. Alex came promptly and quickly fixed the problem without charge. This was highly unexpected and certainly makes me feel that he has my interests in mind. Update: I had a circuit breaker panel installed. It was a very long day with a few glitches requiring more materials and more time. However, Alex and Dimitri worked tirelessly to fix the problems without additional cost (again much appreciated). I am very happy with their work and will continue to hire them. Update: I had my baseboard heaters and thermostats replaced...much more efficient. Alex came and did all of the work. Even though the price was negotiated well in advance and materials costs had gone up, he kept to the original quote. I will now use Alkon for the electrical work in my kitchen renovations. Updated: After a long delay due to Covid, my kitchen renovations started. Alex and Dmitri made time out of their busy schedule to do the wiring in the kitchen in order not to compromise the contractor's schedule. The work was done quickly and they corrected the problems in the wiring so my electrical system is safe. Again, another successful job. I will continue to use them for my next project.

Alex and his team were terrific - great communicators - great service - came out a short notice even though they were backed up with lots of work. We had a project that needed fast attention and they were able to make it happen for us! I would fully endorse and provide further references for this company. Excellent service - thanks Alex! In July, 2021 I needed to call Alex back to look at an outdoor receptacle that he had installed earlier for me. He responded to my message immediately and indicated that he could come and visit the following week - which he did. The outlet was faulty and he quickly installed a new one (at no cost). It's very difficult these days to find quality contractors. I would highly recommend Alex/Alkon Electric for any electrical needs you may have. Once again, THANK YOU Alex!

Terrible. I've called 4 other companies looking for a quote, I called Alkon, first, they answered the phone "Hello". I mentioned a couple things I need done and asked him to come by and give us a quote. He told me there would be a service fee for a quote... ridicules. Then he told me they don't quote jobs I'm describing... funny because their website says "No job too small". Steer clear
