Tried to get them to do work in my garage. The came by in September or October give me a quote, said it would be about a month before they could get to it. Didn’t hear anything until they left a message at the end of January to see about doing the job. I left a message saying yes but I was out of town for a few weeks but would like to talk to them after the second week of February. Never heard from them again. If you are looking for prompt service, or any service in general, look somewhere else because this company apparently doesn’t have time for you.

I’ve contacted them three (3) times trying to get a quote on getting some work done. Each and every tine they promise they will get ahold of me. Each and every time they do not. This place is extremely unprofessional. I think they probably keep all homeowners in the back burner to use as they please and go for the big commercial jobs. They claim to be more expensive, but worth the added expense because they do it “right”. What they fail to do “right” is promote their brand as a good local business. Some other electrician is going to come around and be timely about contacting and doing jobs for us lowly homeowners, and take their reputation away. Roy Elec.....:treat ALL customers right. Be an asset to the community, not greedy on your power! When your phone representative tells me you will call me and schedule a quote.....DO IT! Don’t just ignore the citizens of the Soo.
