I was quite impressed how Stein Electric turned a negative experience around for me. One of the drivers in my rarely used B&W P3’s (headphones) died a while back. I bought them a few years ago (from the Stein showroom), but being a higher end product I thought they might be covered under warranty. Unfortunately the repairs weren’t covered, and proceeding without warranty coverage, the repairs would cost more than the headphones are worth. I stopped by to pick up my broken headphones, and the employee at Stein offered me credit towards a new set of headphones, despite being outside of warranty coverage. So I upgraded to the new PX series!

Once we approved the quote we booked an install day and the guys were at my shop at 8 sharp, they were able to work around us is the back as it was business as usual. I had to take off and left them a key to lock up when they were done. I came back to my shop and am super happy with my new lights. Great Job!

We got them to install an ev charger in our garage. The workers were very efficient and friendly to deal with. Once the work was finished they walked us through everything that was done. They even came back the same day to fix a small issue with the charger. The best part is they were the cheapest quote by far. Would recommend to anyone if they needed any electrical work done! Edit: Some months later we also had stein do some plumbing work. Despite the job being smaller we still got top notch service at a fair price. Having dealt with many Saskatoon contractors/builders over the years, Stein has easily been my favourite to work with.

Very very poor workmanship on a new home. Kept telling me that they would do what I want but did what they want. First thing Trevor did was name drop companies they did work for. Every outlet was crooked. Had live wires that were not capped, covered or labeled. The labeling on the breaker panel was wrong. Had to hound them about items that were paid for but not installed. BUYER BEWARE. There's a lot better quality out there. Don't be fooled by bling!
