Very unreliable and unprofessional. Made an appointment for a quote on a Tuesday for the following Friday at 9 am. with Shannon. Had to make arrangements with work to be home at 9 am. No one showed up or could even give me a phone call. I understand things can happen but just left me sitting there waiting for them. Wish there was a zero star!

I called Preferred Electric at 7:15 am. Electrician was at my home within the hour and determined that the issue was with the power line in within minutes. The electrician called Bluewater Power who also quickly responded and everything was fixed within two hours of original call. Amazing service. Polite and courteous. Obviously well experienced with a good working relationship with Bluewater Power.
