When we learned about the incident by calling them, the receptionist did not even have the courtesy to call back and tell us that she did not find anyone to come on site. Mon mari a du prendre une journee de congé du travail pour rien.

Very bad service. Called and planned work 2 weeks ahead. But the day of, no electrician shows up. I had to call three times that same day, each time receptionist telling me they will check and call me back ASAP. 3 hours later I have to call back again and I get told they can't do the job because no one is available. (but of course no one called me to let me know). What a waste of time.
