They were very clear about all the details, answered all our questions, and gave us an honest opinion on our options. DHT very prompt with "Top Notch Service". Service technician Greg was Professional, Knowledgible, and quick to solve my power problem. Greg was very through, and figured out my issue quickly, and taught me a thing and two. Will definelty call DHT for any future needs. DHT also services the condo units, that I live in. I called DHT initially, because I saw the service van in the complex. DHT fixed the lighting to the front entrance of our condo recently, and it looks great and was done quickly, and not blocking access to our units. I've had DHT electrical out to install additional outlets to mount TVs, install new overhead pendant lights in my kitchen and a chandelier in my dining room, and to even install a second panel in my garage because my first one was 30 years old and totally overloaded. Every single time that they have come, they have been professional, prompt, thorough, friendly, polite, and very neat and tidy in their work. DHT staff have been a pleasure to have in my home, and very friendly towards my wife and children as well. The whole experience from the initial call to onsite service was all around a great experience. I would highly recommend DHT Electrical for any commercial work. Their technicians were able to restore power to our new server room at our London facility after years of neglect. They were able to trace and fix a bunch of bad neutrals, were able to organize and sort all the power lines and receptacle boxes, along with the mess the last electrician left behind as well as install a new switch and AC disconnect for the new ductless unit we'll be installing. I'd like to give a special thanks and recognization of amazing service to both Chris Pardy as well as Levi Spragg Mok for their dedication on this daunting task! They did an amazing job, had great customer service, were professional and efficient with their time. Adam & Joey came to our condo and removed an old water tank and replaced it with a new one. They were very respective of the brand new carpets and laid down rolled rugs to prevent soil. They knew their job and got right to it. Both were very professional and explained what they were going to do. They were also very accommodating and installed an auto on/off light for inside the very dark closet. Which we love! They also installed a whisper soft fan in the bathroom...no more jets flying overhead when you turn on the fan...not like the old one they replaced. If ever the need arises they are my electricians of choice. They were efficient and did a great job. Their price was very fair and reasonable. Ashley, Clay, Chad & Faisal did an amazing job on our Gemstone Lights install. I had cited during the quote with Sarah that I wanted a clean install without wire/loom visible (I’ve seen some other gemstone lights install by other vendors that haven’t been so clean). Sarah conveyed this to the install team who came prepared for the task. Ashley is a trooper she climbed up into the attic without hesitation and made it happen! They all worked together very well. Took a job that they had possibly booked 2 days for and got it done in one day. Ashley got the app connected to the control box and set the pixel count while here. I got it up and running and downloaded some pre-sets with ease and I’ll be able to make my own custom stuff in no time. I’d recommend (and already have) this team to have your gemstone lights installed.

Had main panel replaced, new service installed in garage, and generator panel installed. All staff were friendly, very mindful of masks and distancing around myself, my wife and my 4 year old, and did an excellent job. Install is nicely done, all the mess that is inevitably created during this kind of work was cleaned up before they left. Even with a couple unforeseen circumstances we were still well within the range of the original estimate, and they even did a couple extra things that wasn't part of the original discussion. Would definitely use again, without hesitation.

They are very expensive compared to others, I would suggest not use these guys service for their work and the amount they charge is completely unfair. they do not tell you how much will it cost approximately and they will tell you that it will be priced at on site since they had consultation fee even though if I decide not to use, still i have to pay so I just went with these guys for my pot light installation , they charged me way higher than others in the market. their job is just an hour long and it was easy fix and they changed me with more than $1000.
