I spoke with Andrew and he was very professional, friendly, upfront about the problems and pricing as well as knowledgeable on troubleshooting and the whole heating system. He got to my place right on time when he said he would quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me solutions. We hired Andrew and his team from County Lines to complete a retrofit of an old 2003 era gas fireplace, along with a new HRV system. We purchased the CX36 model fireplace and it is absolutely beautiful!! The HRV has removed any traces of moisture on our windows when it's extremely cold outside. Andrew and Jeff were both professional and provided tips and ideas to finish the hearth frame on which the fireplace sits and educated us on the systems installed. Highly recommended and will be using their County Lines services again.

He left having my AC up and running while I wait for the new part (from Google Nest). We gave Andrew the very tough task of merging old and new. His creativity was tested over and over with the addition of a second Furnace and AC unit into our home. Our duct work design was far from perfect and needed many tweaks in order to function properly. We are grateful for his knowledge and good eye. Andrew is very professional and knowledgeable. We had him in to install some natural gas lines and disconnect our AC for an excavation project. He clearly cares about his clients as he was happy to return a second time closer to the excavation to disconnect the AC even though it's an extra trip for him, just so that we didn't suffer longer than necessary. We had a few quotes done ahead of time and to top it off they were the cheapest by nearly half. Good hardworking all-round, highly recommend County lines HVAC!

They asked me what my cheapest quote was and they told me what it would cost through them. They even helped me deal with reliance when they lied to try and scare me into staying with them. They worked on my basement while I was at work and the quality is top notch. They cleaned up some of the old existing duct work for free and gave me excellent advice about my reno plans. Would highly recommend to anyone. They were the only company that I felt weren't trying to just get my money and get out. They worked with me via text message throughout the entire project!
