Brian at Dave's Appliances was great..so nice to deal with a local company..pricing was also as competitive as box stores. Bought it over the phone as I knew what I was looking for, No pressure sales...good advice. Made buying my new washer easy. Inventory was available right away which is harder to find for appliances these days. Bought new GE 5.3 cu feet top load washer. Will be back for next appliance I need. I picked my washer up on Saturday am...no wait..very different experience than Leon's or Brick.

A negative experience from start to finish. Sales, service, the whole deal. Very unresponsive and staff operate with a bad case of FML. They leave you on hold for extended periods of time and when you visit the store at any time it's never busy in there. Not sure who is leaving 5 ⭐ reviews here but they must be friends of management. Legendarily bad service.

Ordered a new washer last week. They came and installed the new one and removed the old one. Very happy with the over all experience. From the salesman to the delivery guys who installed it. I am very frustrated with the service we have received so far from this business. We hired a technician to come do a diagnostic on an oven range that is not working. He came in and suggested the control board was defective. Since these boards are expensive, we decided to go find one on our own. After I received it, the range still didn't work, so I decided to call them again to confirm the board was the reason for the failure. The technician came and re-confirmed that was the issue. I decided to contact the board vendor to replace the card, which they did. After receiving it, the range is doing exactly the same thing it was doing with the 2 previous cards. Coincidence? I then called their office this morning to see what next steps was and after a conversation with Brenda, she replied to me that because I didn't go further (i.e. didn't buy the card from them), then troubleshooting could not continue. She has left me waiting for almost 1 hour on the phone with no answer. Terrible service. I hired their shop to do a diagnostic on why my range does not work and not to "troubleshoot" the solution. Had I known this is the way they do business, I would've called a different company to do business with

I truly appreciate how knowledgeable the staff is. The prices were reasonable and being that they also service what they sell makes a difference. As appliances become more advanced and yes integrated into the internet of things world it is good to know what works. I also appreciate the warranty on these devices that aren't add on service plans.

Bought a high end new washing machine from them and paid to have it delivered. Was delivered on time but didn't work, turns out they sold me a broken floor model. Called and left them a message... still waiting to hear back from them.

I recently called here to get a recall/repair on my dishwasher power cord and was told because I did not purchase from them they would not do the work. Dave's Appliance was the only authorized agent to repair for Saint John. I called Riverview Appliances in Moncton and they accepted the repair. FYI if you have the same recall.
