I was without heat due to electrical outage and called M Girard. We made a 3 pm appointment for Nov. 29 and he assured me he would be no later than 330 pm and would call when ready to come to my condo and again once he arrived. At 345 pm I called and left several messages asking him to call . He did not. I found another company, Voltcom, that did excellent work. As for M Girard, I would doubt his competence as an electrician, especially as he was incapable of keeping an appointment and disrespectful of my time. I give this company one star because there are no negative stars I had to go to a hotel until Voltcom was free, and I would NOT recommend MGirard to anyone.
