Un technicien qui a le sens du service à la clientèle !!! Et moi je perds une journée de travail !

He was scheduled to come fix my machine on a Monday, but on Sunday called in advance saying if it was OK for me, he could come a day earlier. I had the free time so said yes. I had these guys coming over to fulfill two legal warranty repairs from the manufacturer and I was impressed. Whether it was swapping a power supply board or an LCD panel for a television set, they were fast. They did not mind taking their shoes off before entering the premise which is more than I can say about my landlord. I mean, these days, its hard to find. I would not think again twice about calling them for any other repairs, they know what they are doing. They are also dedicated and understanding, I work nights so I'm typically hard to reach but we did not play ping pong calling for long, if they miss a call, they call back immediately. I mean c'mon, Electro-Expert having these guys clearly state how much EE care about branding. You want something fixed, fast and done right the first time around. Don't look any further. These guys are what you need.

our 1 year old fridge/freezer broke in OCTOBER. after 1.5 months of not wanting to call and be annoying understanding with covid and all... I finally called. THEY FORGOT TO PUSH THE CALL IN THEIR SYSTEM. no tech was ever put on the dossier. long store short they were finally coming December 30th, and today December 29th I get a voicemail that they aren't coming tomorrow. Le technicien a ensuite changé sa version en disant que ce n'était pas vraiment le drain... Est-ce qu'ils sont à la botte de Samsung?? Ils ont peur de perdre des contrats ou quoi?? If you’re looking for an unprofessional service, a one-of-a-kind awful experience or if you’re just looking to add some more weight on your shoulders, look no further ! They are kinda quick to give you an appointment (1 week) I’ll give them that, but don’t be fooled as it is the beginning of an unexpected journey! When they show up, they’ll try their best to identify the faulty part in your appliance. Unfortunately their best isn’t quite what you’d expect from “experts” as the name would suggest. It’s gonna take them another week to order and receive the “faulty part”, but they can’t give you an appointment before they receive the part even tho they know exactly when it will arrive (been there, done that). “Faulty part” made its way, they give you another appointment a few days later (we are getting near the third week at this point), but plot twist ! The part they “identified” as the problem was in fact perfectly fine. They will eventually find the culprit and order the part, for another week we go! They will tell you “we’re gonna call you when we receive it and take an appointment”, doesn’t it sound too familiar ? You got it right, they never gonna call you back. You’ll have to call and ask for follow ups every single day or two. Eventually, after a month or so, the right “faulty part” will arrive, after calling them you’ll schedule an appointment and they will come and repair your appliance. A month and a mediocre experience later. Oh their “repair” skills are ok, works fine so far. Do not recommend to my worst enemy, tho I would enjoy thinking of him not being able to use his appliance for that long!

My dryer was broken in October 2020, waited almost 2 months to have a technician came in to fix it, cost about $300 in total, broken again with the same issue in one use. Had the same technician came in again and turned out the same part was broken. So I asked why it keeps breaking and why it wasn’t fixed in the first time, the technician changed part again which costed another $60, and pointed out to me that my dryer vent was blocked and told me that I have to call in a vent cleaner otherwise it will keep breaking. So I called in the vent cleaner, following the technicians advice, costed $160 only to found out that the vent the technician was showing me was not even the vent for the dryer, and my dryer vent was NOT BLOCKED AT ALL. So in mid January I called to file a complaint as I just spent $160 for nothing. I was promised that the manager would call me back, NO ONE DID. Called again I was hoping that at least the service warranty could be extended as the technician still didn’t know why my dryer keeps breaking, promised that the manager would return my call and still NO ONE DID. And I was caught up in other things so I didn’t chase them down again. No surprise, my dryer is broken again within 6 months. Called again and here is how the conversation went: “there is nothing we can do now our warranty is 90 days. You need to call us within that time” “I did call TWICE at the time, I was told the manager would call me back but nobody returned my call” “Well why didn’t you call us back?”
