(Translated) Great service! I had an emergency. The circuit breaker for my heating system no longer worked. I called Hq Electric, and within 30 minutes the master electrician had arrived. The circuit breaker was not only faulty, it was burnt out. The electrician did a superb job replacing the circuit breaker and repairing the electrical panel. When finished, he took care to keep the space clean before leaving. Outstanding service. (Original) Excellent service! J'avais une urgence. Le disjoncteur de mon système de chauffage ne fonctionnait plus. J'ai appelé Hq Électrique, et à l'intérieur de 30 minutes, le maître électricien était arrivé. Le disjoncteur était non seulement défectueux, il était brûlé. L'électricien a fait un superbe travail pour remplacer le disjoncteur et à réparer le panneau électrique. Une fois terminé, il a pris soin de garder l'espace propre avant de quitter. Service hors pair.

I had an apartment with a renter who was complaining that it was cold in the Canadian winter. I called over 10 electric companies in the area. No one even replied. They are all busy I suppose. Then, I googled and saw HQ Electrique. I called and Hanibal answered. I explained situation and told him how urgent it was to me. The next day, Hanibal was there with staff. He installed two new electric heating baseboards, and my problem was solved. It was like saving me when all hopes were lost. Thank you. Also, work was meticulous. They went searching for heaters everywhere from a very early time. They chose the right equipment with attention to detail and trying to solve my issue. When they had issues running cables, they took time and worked hard. When they had to cut a piece of wood to install baseboard, they took time and did it professionally even though it was not their area of expertise. Meanwhile, they kept me up-to-date with progress. They answered all questions with patience. I cannot recommend these people enough. I wouldn't have known what to do without their help.

Had installation of wiring for hot tub. Connected the main panel, ran wire to back yard, added gfi box, and extra waterproof outlet. Very good service. Came last minute emergency as we needed to start the job immediately. Really saved the day. Completed all work on time, on budget. Very friendly and professional. Would 100% recommend or call him again to complete any other electrical work.
