(Translated) Worst call center with whom I dealt. Unable to help you if their equipment is not functional. The receptionist even hung up on me !! Currently I have an appointment at 1:30 am I am unable to start my car. There are codes for this kind of situation and they have not even been able to provide it to me. By cons if I miss my appointment because their machine is defective they will provide me a code at a cost of $ 50 + late fees for the service. It's disgusting. (Original) Pire centre d'appel avec qui j'ai eu affaire. Incapable de vous dépanner si leur matériels n'est pas fonctionnel. La réceptionniste m'a même raccroché au nez!! Présentement j'ai un rendez vous à 1h30 je suis incapable de démarrer mon automobile. Il existe des codes pour ce genre de situation et il n'ont même été en mesure de me le fournir. Par contre si je manque mon rendez vous car leur machine est défectueuse ils me fournirons un code au coût de 50$ + les frais de retard pour le service. C'est dégoutant.
