I bought a bike with them about a year ago paid $3,000. had a problem with the seat coming off which caused wires to become loose, had them service it was charged for diagnostics, and when the bike was returned it had severe problems with the battery, the battery could hold about 15-20 minutes of charge and could only go a short distance, when I called to explain the issue the owner was rude, he literally said "what do you want us to do ?". had them look at it again, paid once again for delivery and diagnostics, and it was returned with the exact same problem! at this point it was December and he had no one to look at the bike as he doesn't have mechanics in the winter, suggested trading it in for a new bike, after only having it for a year, not to mention the fact that i paid 3,000$ for it! said he would call on January 11th, ended up calling in early February, once again suggesting that I buy a new bike with him, once again I said No as the bike was just over a year old, arranged a time he would come to pick it up, waited all day, he never came, and never called! (btw tipping doesnt seem to interest them either as i tipped BOTH TIMES!) My experience was frustrating and my interactions with the owner were shocking and disturbing! I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a bike with Go green if you rely on your bike as transportation or if you like being treated with respect.

These guys are knowledgeable and don't try to sell an individual something that's not suitable; with ZERO pressure. My father (an avid biker that aged and downgraded to a scooter) always had wonderful things to say about the owner as he dealt with him personally and advised myself and others to not go anywhere else.

EBike repairs can be tricky and ill admit my first review of this place was pretty scathing but they made it right. Successfully replaced the batteries in my navigator and have given it new life. Got me all ready for the summer. Would use them again if theyd have me as a customer again.

Good guys but the bike I bought a month ago the "red storm" has a problem with the speedometer and odometer Ive ridden it less than 20 kms and the odometer reads up in the 60's the and speedometer is definitely not accurate either according to the GPS system I use I'll have to call in and see if this can be resolved so I can bump up my rating

I went there last week to get help with my scooter. The attitude was terrible the guy in the office said unless you are going to buy a scooter I can't help you. another employee took me out to see the service guy and he said he was too busy to talk to me. I had planned on either getting my current scooter fixed or buying another one. But with their attitude I did neither

Awesome people. They really try to help you. The main distributor is where the problem is when it comes to the warranty. Having problems with the speedometer board..Go green tries really hard to rectify the problem. Its been only 5 months since I purchased the EMMO..I know it will be taken care of. Best place to buy an ebike

Male colleague called to inquire about the price of a tire. Was told $40-$60 and it was in stock. I (female) went to buy it 48 hours later and was told it was $75. When I complained about the increase in price, I was told they didn't have it in stock. Sent a friend today to pick it up, and the price was $90! FEMALE BUYERS BEWARE! Gender pricing is discriminatory and ILLEGAL! When paying cash, they don't charge tax, which could be a benefit, or it could get them shut down by Rev Can. There are a few other suppliers in the city, and many within the region. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

Replace her with someone more open and reflective of what a good customer service experience should be and your success as a business will vastly improve!. She drives customers away! They ripped me off I bought a battery charger first time I plugged in it never worked after my name was in the computer which I bought the bike off them they matched the battery charger. Went back and there answer was we don't refund batteries because there was a no refund policy I said I don't need refund I need a new one they said only if I pay for another battery charger and to top it off they said my old charger never worked went home and after I saw that my new charger never worked so I plugged in my old one and guess what my old one worked. So my advice any accessories you need for you're bike one word AMAZON half price then these guys.

I don't recommend anyone going to this place for a bike or parts or anything I went to this gogreen place to buy a throttle for my bike witch I (PAID)for brought it home put it on my bike it didn't work took it back said would get me another one that will never got a call that they got one so went back a few weeks later gave me another one got it home same thing didn't work so took it back asked for money back and refused to return my money remember this if you're thinking of going there definitely not recommend if you want to get ripped off

I just talked to them by phone very informative about a T360 mobility scooter. Right price I am impressed purchasing tomorrow. Went in this morning and found the most beautiful black 3 wheel scooter, love at 1st sight. They are going to deliver it this evening. Price - no problem, it is relatively inexpensive for what I get out of it. My 3rd 1 I have had. Staff VERY accommodating (even though they are Maple Leaf fans) and extremely nice people. I definitely recommend GoGreen E-cycles to anyone looking for a mobility scooter.
