My laptop had an issue with its charging port, and Allen identified the problem right away. It was fixed and ready to pick up within 24 hours and he sold me a new charging cable too. Really pleased with the efficient and effective service, and will be coming back if my computer has any more issues in the future.

100% if you have a Mac and iPhone issue go to these guys. They are super smart, know how to get the job done and very, very fair with their pricing. I've been to them for a few different things that have popped up over the last couple months and they give you all of the information with quotes that aren't taking you for a ride. Really great communication and get things done quickly. Very impressed!

I got my battery changed a month ago and couldn't have been happier. Amazing customer service! Staff is very friendly and they offer you the best option you can get. They were able to fix my Iphone battery within 10 minutes and it came with a warranty. I haven't had any issues with the new battery and my phone has been running like new. If you want honest, friendly and efficient service, I would totally recommend DF!

They replaced my iPhone 5 screen and did a great job for a good price ($80). I called around different locations but decided to go with them. Apple wanted A LOT, Best Buy was a joke and other people didn't have the part available or wanted too much. I dropped it off near the end of day and they said if I wanted it fixed immediately it would be another $20 but since I was not in a rush I picked it up the next day. At first they didn't install the proximity sensor correctly, but they acknowledged the mistake and fixed it correctly. The employees were pleasant and professional to deal with. The only real negative I have (hence the 4/5 stars) is that they replaced it with a non-OEM screen without Gorilla Glass, like it had originally. The screen scratched A LOT easier than if you went to Apple and paid the full screen replacement price. Otherwise, the screen quality seemed the same as OEM (touch input and image quality/brightness).

Friendly, clean and courteous. Upfront about costs with prompt service. No charge if they can not fix it. My samsung phone hardware was something wrong and what cost me $65 here. Other places were charging $200-300. Allen fixed my phone in less than an hour and works good as new. Will definitely recommend.

Not very pleased, I took my motherboard into have a power port replaced (old one removed new one soldered on). Everything was fine before I took it in. DVD rom no longer communicates with the motherboard and the hard drive doesnt either. I went back in to tell them what happened, the gentleman that did the soldering got upset and offended, yelling at me and my friend. They refused to look at it or try to rectify it. So now my laptop is nothing but a door stop.

Terrible service. Left my fan to get fixed, they said they couldn't and I asked if they had any fans like mine that I could buy and the girl said 'if you leave it we can look in old computers and try to find one'. Sounded fine, until I called the next day to being greeted by 'what?' Until I was hung up on, then the next two times I called they hung up right away. Called again 5 days later and the same girl picked up and was rude and just said 'I told you we couldn't fix it.' Upon telling her that she said they'd try to find one like it to sell me she just said 'well then come here and look at them' (after they previously told me they'd call me me the next day). I told her okay, to which she just said 'alright' and hung up on my again. never going here again and going to tell everyone I know not to purchase or get repairs from this location. Absolutely unacceptable.

DO NOT USE WELLAND AVE LOCATION FOR SERVICE OR SALES. BAD PR Very poor customer service. I had them replace a digitizer and put in a glass screen protector. I then had to have the screen replaced again due to not working. Which was done under warranty. But they put on original glass protector and Brock it in the process. And will not stand good to replace it. Very bad PR.

Excellent job fixing my cracked cell phone screen. He give me even a batter deal the second time it cracked. Price are very fair. I would even say best in town. He fixed it in a timely manner both tines. I was so impressed that I took my ipad3 to him as well. I'll continue to do business with him and recommend to anyone wanting to repair their cracked cell phone or Tablet screens.

Went in for a simple cracked screen repair. Phone worked perfectly fine and the screen just had a few cracks. As soon as I got my phone back.. The touchscreen was not responsive and the digitizer did not work. Would never recommend to anyone. Do Not Go Here!!!

DO NOT USE DF Computers. Brought my iPhone 6 to replace the cracked screen after dropping it...they use a substandard non OEM product which cracked a 2nd time when just placing on hard surface. When they went to fix it they had to remove the speaker and front camera to put on the screen which now don't work either. I confirmed they both worked after the screen cracked and before I brought it to them ...they will not own up to it saying they have to remove to fix the screen and its part of the process. They are refusing to take ownership and won't even match me half way on the costs of the camera, speaker or screen. Best they offered was 10% off the screen as a repeat. I asked if they are using OEM products which he didn't want to answer. Awful service ...be careful using this company.

May look disheveled inside but this crew knows their stuff ! I will always bring my electronics to these guys with full confidence of whether or not a repair can be done. They took my old XP system drive with a dead motherboard and transplanted it into another salvaged system - poof, my office is back to normal again.

I went there for a couple of years, the service is not bad, esp. the technician there is so talented, even fixed my phone couldn't be fixed else where. They got loads of work, so now service is getting slower though. But with that talent and also the inexpensive service charge. I will still recommend people go there.

I use DF (welland ave Location) because they have the tech expertise and years of experience to fix my phone fast and do it right. And I can trust them with my personal data. I had a hard drive installed and it fried a year later. Quality components should last much longer. The owner took no responsibility but tried to blame me on how I use my laptop. I realized too late that they use cheap hardware. Avoid this place if you want quality and higher standards.

I brought my PC into there stop after being recommended by a friend. The guys were super nice; and more importantly honest and fair. My computer was fixed sooner then expected and even consulted me on a few other issues I've been having. The Store has been in operation for over ten years. Got my Note5 unlocked for $20 plus tax. The guy was super friendly and honest, he told me I didn't need unlock switch from Rogers to Fido because they use the same network, and heeven tested it out to show me. But since he's so nice and honest, I ended up unlocking it anyways in case i need to travel to different country. I would definitely recommend all my friends to go there.

I discovered this shop through google. I decided to give them a call and ask for a quote on screen replacement for my cracked samsung. They quoted an amazing price, way cheaper than other placez I called so I decided to give them a try. I was leavinf for a trip for the bext day but they assured me that it would ve done in under an hour. I show up half an hour later and my phone was repaired and all good to go. I highly recommend this place.

I purchased a laptop a year ago and it suddenly stopped connecting to WiFi . A few things were tried but did not work . They then removed and reinstalled and upgraded the operating system and it worked fine and there was no charge . Great service !

I was visiting Niagara Falls from Hong Kong and my iPhine froze on me. I found DF on Google, sent them a email as they suggested on their website. The response was almost instantaneous and very helpful. I had to bring the device to their shop which is located at the most convenient spot you could have in City. I was immediately assisted by the gentleman there. He was professional and efficient and solved my problem in no time and refused to be paid. The courtesy, efficiency and professionalism I found in this place are just outstanding. This has to be one of the best experience I had in seeking tech help .For someone who is constantly on business travels in all parts of the world but with very little tech skill, this encounter has left me with the highest regard for Niagara !!!
