Some good people, terrible place to work. Micro managing at its worst. No really qualified workers, mostly "jacks of all trades" not all staff are trades qualified. H.R. has no idea. It's there way and that's it. Trades works are not office workers. Do yourself a favor, don't work for this Company.

Stay as far away from this place as possible. Management is a joke and have their noses so far in the air they cannot see anything below them. If you want to work here prepare to be on the road for months on end, have a nasty HR person in charge who is only out for themselves. If you like to be in a toxic workplace with no breaks give it a try. Staff are great for the most part but it is unfortunate the staff is treated so terrible by the managers and owners. They enjoy firing people so they do not have to take any responsibility on themselves.

The time I gave to this company was never appreciated. Worked out of town and did overtime whenever needed but when I needed a break that was grounds for dismissal (sorry for wanting a couple days to recover...)Treated poorly overall by management and always had to pay close attention to my pay. Avoid this place. The employees are the only redeeming quality but good people leave for the better. Turnover is high because they love firing people. Management is a mess.
