We needed two double switches moved onto an adjacent wall. We knew we didn't need one of them as it shut off the lights outside the house (weirdly so) and the 2 of the others were doubled up. Eric was able to safely cap the ones we didn't need and got us down from 4 to 2 switches which was great. The best part was they only opened the drywall below our new trim that was going to be installed and they even replaced it when they were done. No patch work needed. The new light switch box was installed cleanly as well with no need for any drywall work there either. Very impressed and happy with the service! Thanks Eric!

We would highly recommend Proline Electric. I made a call to the office, having a chat with Cathy, she was wonderful and answered all my questions. Dan came to our home to give us a free quote on all of the electrical work we wanted done. We had many questions about different electrical issues we found in our older "new to us" home that concerned us. Dan explained what he could do to fix the issues and alleviate our concerns. Dan's quote was very detailed, which allowed us to make an informed decision. We chose to move forward with all of the work, we are so happy we did. The team did an amazing job. They were very professional, answered all our questions and were always pleasant. We were notified with a text that the team was on their way. They worked so hard. We are so very grateful to have met them all. We will certainly be calling on Proline again when we need electrical work done.

I left a message on their website, and they called me back within an hour and set up an appointment for me with an electrician on the same day. The electrician's name was Dan Hein. Dan was courteous, professional, and he basically solved my problem on the spot - I thought it would be more involved but he creatively found a quick and easy solution. Great company, highly recommended!

They wear shoe covers and clean up when they are done came within 24 hours of initial call. The whole process was super easy. Paid with visa, all through iPad. I had an after hours call last night at 1130 pm . 3/4 of the power to the house was out including the furnace . Eric showed up within 30 minutes . Figured out the problem within 10 minutes . We Ended up having to call fortis in as it was a powerline / meter issue . He then switched things around to get my furnace back on while I was waiting for fortis . He was then payed by landlord as they had to leave . After this though instead of just leaving he insisted on waiting with me until fortis showed up to make sure things ended in my favor . Point form the positives *They send you info on who is coming so even being a single female in the middle of he night it puts your mind at ease knowing who you are answering the door to **Eric took the time to explain everything that was going on . What not to do what to do until fortis came . *** Waited until fortis came ( in his van to insure he was not invading on anyone space ) and even went out of his way to help fortis until the job was done completely insuring I was 100% up and running and functional ( cant stress enough this was after he was payed and technically his job was done) .he Also explaining what fortis was doing while they were doing it so i was never out of the loop. *** was 100% professional through out the entire encounter It is so refreshing to know there are good honest companies out there . I would highly recommend these guys to anyone if you require a electrician . Especially in an emergency situation !!! Thank You for making a bad situation not so bad !!!

We had an issue with the electrical at a rental home we own. Dan Hein from Proline was on the scene quickly and immediately dealt with the issues at hand. Dan then went through the house and gave us an estimate to get all of the electrical issues dealt with. We contracted with them to do the work and they were able to take care of everything within a couple of days. They were clean and tidy and accommodating to the people living in the house. This is a well run business. They have an office manager answering their phones and doing their scheduling. You explain your issue and they schedule an electrician. Once they attend the job site the electrician can give you a better idea of how long they expect the job will take and fine tune your estimated cost. Let them work or you will likely be billed for the callout. I've used them 3 times, they always show up on time, are professional, quick and honest.

Excellent service, very impressed. They came out to look at our electric fireplace that suddenly stopped working. We had contacted a few other businesses first and got no response from any. Proline Electric responded to my email within minutes and booked a service tech within a few days to fit our schedule. We received an email just prior to the appointment that let us know they were on their way and it had a picture of the technicians so we knew who to expect. The techs that came out were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were very thorough with their assessment. While they were not able to fix our problem (through no fault of their own), they gave great advice and explained everything. All this was done at no charge, which blew us away. Will definitely be using Proline Electric again and would recommend them to anyone.

Proline electric was extremely professional and knowledgeable when upgrading our out of date lighting (1970) and wiring new LED potlights throughout our main floor. Including adding lighting to our living room which like all typical 70's homes did not have any existing ceiling lights. The difference in lighting is impressive and gives the house a modern look. They easily dealt with the challenges of our low attic clearance (less then 1 feet in some areas) and loose fill insulation.

Today was the second time I have used Proline Electric and I am very happy with the service I received. I was given a reasonable time slot both times, and the technician arrived on time both times and called ahead to make sure I was ready for them. The technicians were very clean, adhered to COVID protocols, courteous and they arrived ready to work. I found their rates to be very fair, and the technicians put in honest work. The first time I called them was for an unknown issue that cause a power outage in my garage. With some people you would think this is an open cheque book to rack up billable hours, but not Proline. Before starting work I was provided with an estimate and an explanation of the work involved. The technician put in the honest work and solved my problem within the estimate provided. No sneaky surprises or charges. I highly suggest this company and will definitely use them for any future electrical needs.

PJ and Dan came out yesterday to fix a problem in my office after we had installed some new equipment which made our lights flicker and go out whenever it was used. I had spoken with Cathy at Proline the day prior and explained what was happening and knew exactly when she would be sending someone and what I could expect. We have used Proline a number of times and, once again, our expectations were exceeded. Not only did PJ and Dan fix the issue but they also installed some cover plates and switch plates that we had just avoided looking at for a long time. We have a warehouse and an office area, however, they guys wore shoe covers/floor savers as if they were in a home. If I say that PJ and Dan are my favorites it's partly because we haven't met all of the guys yet. I'm positive from the service we have received that all of the staff at Proline are just as personable and professional. I definitely recommend calling Proline if you need an electrician.

Having issues with gremlins in our walls causing problems with outlets. Called and had someone out the same morning! Electrician was amazing, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and overall fantastic.
