I’ve used Prestige Electric over the past three years. I was first introduced to Jordy, the owner, by A-1 Heating for electrical work on a new AC install. I was immediately impressed by both his professionalism and down to earth approach. I was never made to feel any question was stupid which I really appreciated! Most recently, we called Jordy to install a new breaker for kitchen and to repair outlets. Jordy came out to take a look at what we needed and had an email quote to me shortly thereafter. This most recent job was completed by Nathan and an apprentice electrician. Again, they were on time, courteous, professional, and answered all my questions putting me at ease about options in dealing with our aluminum wiring concerns. I can’t recommend Prestige Electric enough! We’ve had nothing but great experiences with them and will continue to suggest them to our friends and family.

First off, it took such a long time for Prestige to complete the job that our property manager sent me this in an email "I had to come down on the contractor about the delay on the lights". I was told they had an appointment at our building at 11am. I finally recieved a call at 1pm saying they couldn't make it today. That was followed by a call a short time later saying they'd be by after all. They were prepared to leave without replacing two of the three items they were there to do, so there was definitely a lack of knowledge or communication about the job. One employee was already on site a few days earlier to change one fixture and claimed that he did a walk through of the property, turned on the timer and changed "a bunch of bulbs". No bulbs other than the two he failed to replace the first time were burned out and if he really did turn on the timer to see which lights were on, he wouldn't have missed the one that was actually burned out. The one outdoor light he pointed to and said he replaced the bulb in still has dead bugs in the cover. Pretty sure he would have dumped those out if he really did replace the bulb. The same guy admitted to walking through the building and totally missing a burned out stairwell light that we've been waiting for several months to be replaced. I have serious concerns that our corporation is being charged for unnecessary visits and work due to a combination of dishonesty and poor planning.

I was also quoted for some services which I will be doing in the future. The communication was open at all times. The appointment was confirmed and the technicians arrived on time. I’ve known Jordy for just a short time and have found him and his company to be amazing at customer service. I had a recent experience with Prestige Electric and was extremely pleased with the outcome. My fiancé and I had some issues with bathroom lights for quite some time. It became very annoying; it was time to go get this fixed. I was off to Home Depot to pick up some new bulbs, but that didn’t do it. After a few interactions with Jordy, I sent him a photo of our lighting issue and a short explanation. His top electrician, Nathan was there for only a few minutes and I could tell this wasn’t going to be an easy fix. He was on the phone with the boss, being quiet and respectful while I was getting some work done at home. I had a scheduled engagement that night, I told him we had hours before I needed to leave the house and not to worry about time. Well after five hours passed, Nathan had changed out two light ballasts, two smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, two GFI outlets and a new line from the basement to the source of the issue. The impressive part was that Jordy showed up for the last hour to help finish and clean up just so I could make my dinner appointment. Plus, I could tell this job went longer than he was comfortable with. He knocked off a couple hours from my invoice, which was very unnecessary. I’m very confident in the rates and level of service received from Jordy and his staff. In an industry where trust is hard to come by, I fully recommend Prestige Electric. I’m proud to have them on my team.

My wife and I met with Jordy and showed him our idea for where we wanted new outlets installed and internet/cables installed. He was prompt and professional and listened to what we were looking for. He made great suggestions and explained what they would need to do to get the job done. We got the quote within 2 business days as promised and it was very detailed and a good price. We booked the job the next week and had the Prestige team come in first thing in the morning. We were notified by email and by text of who would be coming and confirmed that they were on their way. The communication was wonderful! When they arrived they confirmed what we were looking to have done and got to work. With both my wife and I working from home they were respectful with the noise level and even let us know if they had to shut the internet off for a minute or two. When they finished they cleaned up everything and were on their way. The bill was exactly as quoted and easy to pay with the click of a button and with a credit card. I hired Prestige Electric to do the electrical work for a bedroom and office addition in the basement. Josh and Al showed up early, ran through a Covid protocol and then we went though the scope of work. He made some great suggestions which made sense to do. I showed them an area where a proposed bulk head was going so they could cut the ceiling and use that area except they managed to fish all the wires without cutting extra holes in the ceiling so I'm really happy I don't have to put in the bulk head now. They worked hard to get it all done in one day and cleaned up after. The electrical inspection was the next morning and it passed with no issues. Thanks Prestige!
